If the subs you have are English (and not AI made), where did you get them?

I'm not sure if I missed or misunderstood something but it feels like at the end everything is how it was at the start of episode 6, and nothing really seems to have changed, like some kind of loop.

Can someone enlighten me as to what sort of dorm-like/hotel-like building Ruka is in at the end of the last episode? The one with the very narrow hallway and numbered doors. It doesn't look like your typical net cafe but it also is too narrow for a normal hotel.

Raw is on nyaa at the moment, but where can I find english subs? Does anyone know?
