Oof, I can see that. It was definitely poor choices all around. I feel for her, but considering how she chose to do this right after Sousuke specifically said he didn't appreciate lying just had me shaking my head. It probably didn't help that they had to get through a lot more plot in an episode and might've had to rush through her motivations. It's hard to justify risking a long friendship over a not so genuine relationship. I really hope Risa will do something great to redeem herself; I miss the Risa who was an awesome friend.
