I watched the synopsis on Youtube because it was considered underrated.
Backstreet Rookie had it as action which is why I tried to watch it. It wasn't action at all.

I saw 365 Repeat The Year and liked that. I most definitely liked Flower of Evil. I haven't seen Foe or Hospital Playlist.

Right now I'm watching 38 Task Force. It's very very slow but I like the main lead Kim San Jung-Bad Guys-loved that one, and the detective Oh Man Seok-who played in Partners For Justice-loved that one too.

I just hit a Korean action drama drought and is a little bummed is all.

It didn't say anywhere on the channel that I watched this on that it was a rom-com. I would've skipped it altogether if it had been. I've seen about 10 Kdramas that had the same premise as this one and I am now trying to avoid those at all cost. I even tried to watch It's OK to not be OK and couldn't get past the first episode.
I'm always game for a good romance but this series was killing me. As I said I only made to 21 episodes before I had to stop.

The main character won't be doing any more action series because of how much he got injured while doing The K 2 which bums me out. I tried to watch another series he was in 'Backstreet Rookie' thinking it was an action series but nope, it was a rom-com. Stopped watching that after the first episode.

Yes I agree. With the main character's confused look through the whole series that made me cringe to the sleepiness every episode gave me when I tried to get through them. If it's good I will binge watch, but if it isn't I will go back occasionally and watch it and that's what I did. I'm proud that I made it to the end but boy, every episode I took a nap afterwards. How could people give this a 10?

I'm with you on this one. I think I made it to the second episode before deciding that this won't be a good watch for me. It was way too slow.

Absolutely not. She was that love sick puppy who whined and cried in every episode that grated my nerves as well.

If I sounded angry it's because all the Kdramas I've been watching since June or July of 2020 is looking the same: corrupt politician, ditzy female who's pretty but that's it. She's dumb and is a love sick puppy. Guy pretends to hate the ditzy lovesick puppy but ends up liking her. They're all the same. The only few that didn't have this synopsis was the Memorist and Stranger. and Rugal.

I tried. Really I did. I made it to about the 21st episode before I decided to let this one go. The tiresome 'I got a crush on you, don't like me back but then I do like you' in EVERY FRIGGIN' episode got to me. The female lead was just too stupid for me. They made her out to be a true ditz in every episode. Why they have to make females look this pathetic is beyond me.

I would like to see how this turned out but too much lovey dovey got me seething. This is not why I got hooked on Kdramas in the first place.
