1. You'll probably be confused because all the names are different. 2. In Addicted, there's a clear relationship between the two whereas that's not the case in SWM. Yes, it's obvious they're together and everything, but nothing was made "official" yk. 3. Just like Addicted, SWM ends on a cliffhanger, but not on the same one. 4. SWM is just way more emotional in my opinion and it feels way more genuine because there's no rape and shit.
