Quick question, are the episode previews available anywhere or does this series just not have them? Because they're not in the episodes, and they're also not on YouTube (at least I didn't see them)
I rarely see people with the same first drama as mine... So nice to finally see someone!!
Yeah I did watch both seasons! I was so excited to finish the 1st season so I could start 2nd because Samuel is the main lead in season 2 and I was already a Carat (Seventeen) back then and I loved watching their pre-debut stuff with Samuel before he left!!
What happened to Astro was a very unfortunate and heart breaking chain of events... But what can we do, 1 left, 1 passed away, but the earth keeps spinning and all of our lives keep going.... I choose to keep a happy memory of Astro as 6 even though it shatters me when I think about Astro as 4☹️
Oh yeah the Steven x Janice agenda was going strong, and then they all went silent after Janice announced her marriage and a child with Yu Jian lolll

SWDBS is an absolute classic and still one of my favorties to this day, I love it so much!! Mine was Sweet Revenge, which is how I started stanning Astro lol
Yes omg😭 The Janice x Tao era was EVERYTHING!! And Skate Into Love was my obsession back then
I hate Ming too, man.If Ming has 50 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming has 2 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming…
Oh wow😂 And here I thought I was blind for not seeing Opposites Attract under Oryu's name hahahah Will definitely do that, thanks!

I'm someone who's easy to please and I can't drop series for dear life, it just hurts, no matter how bad they are, so I can say I liked a lot of stuff. Another thing is that I hate picking favorites, but I would say the themes I enjoy in BLs are mostly serious ones like mental health, sexuality, suicide, internal homophobia, etc. (I love my Sunshine and Butterflies series of course, but gloomy ones make me feel so many emotions)
I just love it when they don't treat homosexuality as something normal in the real world. You know what I mean? Because yeah, seeing people be accepting and loving towards LGBTQ+ people in series can be comforting, but I get so disappointed once I think about the real world. For that reason, I really enjoy seeing series address the real issue rather than ignoring it.
I can't think of many series like this off the bat, but a few come to mind: Not Me (icon of all icons), Your Name Engraved Herein, I Told Sunset About You + I Promised You The Moon, Manner of Death, The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese (very controversial one, but one of my favorites) Can't really think of any more atm.
As for manhwas, I really can't tell you my favorites because I have read WAY too many for my own good😭
I hate Ming too, man.If Ming has 50 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming has 2 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming…
It's lowkey becoming too much hahahah, I haven't watched a few of this week's ongoing episodes because there's just so much to take in😭 At least I know I'll have something to entertain me when I'm bored and can't think of anything else to do lol
I totally get it, the dynamic is so old and has gotten extremely boring... They just keep giving in into the stereotype that all bottoms are weak and feminine while tops are strong and masculine... And don't even get me started on how that stereotype is still going strong in BL because that's what straight women love to fetishize🤢 Seeing how fetishized and stereotyped the community gets simply makes me sick sometimes... They will be all in for women's and men's rights, feminism, and anti rape movements in real life, until it happens in a manhwa/series, but then it's okay because it's just fiction... Makes me wanna puke.
Oh so that's why I'm having such a good time talking to you! It's really rare to find someone with exactly the same views on MDL!! (Mine keeps changing for F to T as well, but I just say it's F for the sake of my very emotional side that cries at every little thing lol)
I hate Ming too, man.If Ming has 50 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming has 2 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming…
Then I'm definitely gonna start reading it today, thanks for the recommendation!!
In full honesty, I don't hate PotN or Jinx as manhwas, it's more of a hate towards characters... Seungho was actually bearable, especially towards the end because he had an actual character development, but Jaekyung is a completely different story... I can't stand that man! The thing that bothers me the most is how the author can draw those scenes out and not think "Okay, I think it's enough. People might be getting sick of Jaekyung raping, beating, and yelling at Dan every chance he gets." (Not defending Seungho btw)
This was the most beautiful episode so far, it made me so emotional and so happy and warm inside<3 I love this series so much you guys don't understand😭💕
I hate Ming too, man.If Ming has 50 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming has 2 haters, I’m one of them. If Ming…
I agree with absolutely everything you wrote... It truly sucks that such a masterpiece and such a high quality series with a very interesting story will end the way every single series ends...
Is the "Back To School" one by author Oryu? Because if that's the one, this is my sign to finally read it after years of saying "soon"!! I'm actually reading their other manhwa "Rivarly" and I'm loving it!!
As for Love Alarm, I was very surprised when she didn't end up with the arrogant one, but I was definitely happier that she chose a healthy relationship instead. I just don't understand why people can't accept the fact that not every drama is gonna be the same. There are tons of dramas where the FL ends up with the worse choice, so just let this one choose someone who won't lash out on her every second for God's sake!!

I haven't read the novel so I don't know about novel Sol, but I can that I'm with you on everything you said regarding drama Sol.
The hate is so forced... But as you said, it happens every single time a Main Lead is not a prince charming with no flaws.
They will hate on anyone and anything that comes between Ming and Joe (Sol in this case), but won't bat an eye to the difference in the way Ming treats Joe and the way Sol treats Joe. Sol treats him the way you would treat someone you truly love, while Ming treats him like something that's easy to leave behind once you don't need it...
I don't necessarily want Joe and Sol to end up together, but I would certainly be way happier with that outcome than him ending up with Ming. Unfortunately, we all know who he will end up with because the writers are cowards who don't know what "original" means and that not every series has to end with the same couple it started with.💔
TO MY LEFT: Those excessively hating this adaptationTO MY RIGHT: Those excessively praising this adaptationME:…
No because seriously, people are either super extra judgemental and hateful, or they defend the series like their life depends on it... Can we not, just like, sit down and simply enjoy the series and stop comparing it to the original???
Imagine acting in SO MANY series and being very popular, but having only 3 main roles and your last one was in 2019... GMM really needs to step up their game because wtf, give this man the recognition he deserves!!
Yeah, Golf, the Director of these shows also plays the character Golf, the cafe owner. I think its fun how they…
I love seeing people connect stories even though they don't have anything to do with each other<3 It's just so nice to think that all of these stories happen in one world

It's funny and entertaining, with a good plot, backstory, green flag ML, not-a-pushover FL, friendship dynamics, etc...
It's so good!!
Will definitely do that, thanks!
