(MAJOR SPOILERS) So I read this novel years ago if yall are like me and stress out about secrets being kept from the other character then - - - - - - - - - - - - - unfortunately out of the 250 chapters I read Chi Cheng only learned about Wu Wei's lies around chapter 200 lol. Idk how closely this is adapting it yet but with 24 episodes if they're doing the whole story just know he'll probably learn quite late on. All things said though Chi Cheng actually handled it relatively well and the post-knowing angst didn't drag out too much
How subtly romantic is this show? I read the novels a few years ago and I know the show is pretty heavily censored but can you still feel the love (or is it more friendship or brotherly [ick])
Why are BL fans so weird? You all are just fetishizing, nothing wrong with BL but the fans make it so uncomfortable…
They def do but i feel like this comment under the original comment is uncalled for loll the show IS gay. That's like objectively the least controversial and fetishizing comment ive seen on a BL show haha
Not me coming here after Jack and Joker cause I want to see more of War's acting, but getting scared by the comments...…
Late but it DEF was rape. Dude is SUPER drunk and thinks he's sleeping with someone else. The next morning when he learns this fact, the other dude threatens him a ton, and the MC has a big freakout. It was obvious he didnt want it to happen.
But in usual BL ways they play it off, sweep it under the rug, and never truly call it what it is.
idk why this is so lowly rated... Yes this is a lil cliche, and a lil cringey (I mean it's a 2016 Thai production with BL in it so idk what you expect) but this is a super cute show? I am a lesbian, I don't care about straight couples, I usually don't even care about side couples, and initially watched this for the BL side romance. But the main couple is very enjoyable and cute as well, the plot is simple and sweet, it's the first OffGun pairing to exist, and is all around like a 9/10 to me. Not perfect by any means, but a cheesy, heartwarming story that's easy to watch. It's good for if you need a palate cleanser of a show~
