i agree --- as enjoyable as it was it was lacking a bit in the buildup of something or ANYTHING --it just continued on a consistent enjoyable storyline but it wasnt stimulating. There was potential for more to be done with plot n it didnt have to be necessarily lovey but they could have given us more of the 'homey-lovers comfortable with each other' feel that we could see and feel DEVELOP through the episodes

many 40 or 33 episode cdramas tend to go downhill midway...THIS ONE DIDNT! And that's because to me it never really picked up whether in romance, mystery or thrill...however it was still enjoyable but could have been so much more -- the story kind of stayed on the same momentum - i think the actors were actually wasted on this writing-- even if the vibe was really good frens who in the end admitted feelings the second half could have taken up the friend-developing feelings tension up a notch! It was really lacking - but an overall enjoyable drama because the ML was funny n childlike

ohh- the only paid streaming site i have is Netflix-- thnks

im on ep 18-- and I cant understand why Zhang Yeitang's plagarism allegations are given so much weight even after the video revealed he has been setting up Mu and he then killed himself-- it makes no sense that ppl would take him seriously without an investigation

tbh as a second ML i find him not that bad compared to other shows where the 2nd ML and FLs hv done some horrific things --- i dont like him BUT he is shooting his shot through pampering the parents --nothing too devious

i agree--he is cute like a lil boy --but kinda a down low stalker - climbed into her house n searched her bedroom n looked under her pillow...shows up randomly, stole his best friends professional work --- Even without those things there is nothing about him a grown woman would typically be interested in --he had absolutely no chance n he didnt respect her saying "no buddy".

yea-- it isnt really developing --having him act as such a child for so long is a bit disappointing- i thought he would have matured a lil and started making better advances and spark a lil romance between him n the FL - similar to 'Something Just Like This" ---but was really hoping when they first advertised that it would have Love Designer romance vibe --- but seems to hv NONE at all- d opening credits suggest they stay friends

i finally started n its not bad -- this ML hasnt been the typical male cold CEO in any series ive seen -- he gets the strong FL -- she was annoyinng at first but im ok with her by ep 11 -which is where im at...wt site do u watch btw?

exactly-- these 2ML proposals are o weird --like they wud hv no romantic relationship yet propose!!

i think so as well---idky the writers do tat for these longer dramas-- more episodes should give us more romance!!!

i clearly didnt read the comments well above--i was refering to the ML in this drama not Johnny Huang lol -- Zhu Wa Yen -he doesnt get the best FLs n this one seems like she is angry twds him with no reason other than she married him-- which she quickly agreed to do

idky this actor gets the worse FLs--i hvnt watched this series yet but i just have a feeling its another FL that doesnt treat him nicely -kinda of like Across the Ocean to See You ---and his characters are really such nice guys --- ill still watch it because he is a good actor and portrays his character well---but im hoping for late positive comments where he gets a FL he deserves

Across the Ocean to You - BUT tbh the ML was the outstanding character and actor

i remember the original summary n didnt want to look at it because of that - but i suspect its going to be some years jump and a small portion of the story

i couldnt even watch the moment when she "broke up" with him because I knew would be an easy let off instead of properly dealing with someone who was planning to pressure u to marry n divorce all at once...sometimes i just dont know wt these writers are trying to do

i came here JUST to comment on how horrible her wig is!!! and saw this comment lmao --- im still watching doh lol

this drama was good because of the easy chemistry and relationship between the leads when they got together -- unlike some of the stretched out awkwardness there tends to be in alot of dramas ...the main characters had a nice mix of mature and playfulness
