I need another action drama as good as this, where everyone and everybody fights and the villain is interesting and even likeable... IT'S SOOOOO HARD TO FIND something like Taxi Drive, I'm just sad ;-;
hey, loved your review and watched the drama, can you please recommend me any other BL drama as good as this?…
I recommend to you two "Gameboys"(2020), which is a Philippines BL webdrama and it is very nice and different, if you did not know about it you should check out :) Also "1000 Stars" (2021), one of the best BL from Thailand this year <3 you can watch both on youtube :)
Mix is a treasure that Earth found and gave to GMMTV T___T hope they can act in more great roles in successful dramas and movies out there, their talent has been more than proven in this BL best GMMTV series EVER (っ˘з(˘⌣˘ )♡˖꒰ᵕ༚ᵕ⑅꒱
There are people who did not understand that Extraordinary You is a great metaphor of human existence [they even quoted Heidegger, a philosoper of human existence, in the end to make SURE that this message is delivered] and what seems to be just another school drama becames a beautiful poetry where the ending helps you to understand the beggining and that's how, ladies and gentleman, we make a meaningful storyline
If you put your prejudice aside and start from a viewpoint ahead of the simple ships, main or second leads, you will get it
At least I think this way and I feel the screenwriters answered me enough to believe in it T-T ps.: I cried SO MUCH in the last two episodes, sorry not sorry
I dunno why... this feels like Gangnam all over again...
My ID is Gangnam Beauty only has Eunwoo as lead too but the plot about changing for looks is way more deep because the lead changed after a huge plastic surgery, not just "the power of make up" like True Beauty (besides, My ID was an university drama, different from the school drama that is True Beauty... so My ID is more mature and this one is for teens even though they always add some past issues, etc)
I wrote this on my profile and I will write this here again: This is not a typical BL, not even just a drama.…
summarizing: If you like sugarcoat histories, this is not for you. But if you're a fan of "slice of life" genre like me, GO WATCH, even if you're not into BLs. Just WATCH RIGHT NOW.
I wrote this on my profile and I will write this here again: This is not a typical BL, not even just a drama. It's a manifest. For those out there who are lost or afraid, you are not alone and it's not your fault. Or, in the credits words:
"Liberating love and equal rights to every one of us. The real fight is on the outside. We will welcome you when you're ready."
I love every single second of this. If people didn't get the message, sorry for them, but it was so well delivery, in all the dialogues. I started smiling and ended crying, but I don't feel ANY REGRETS. In fact I'm thankful for Juan Miguel Severo made Gaya Sa Pelikula so real and deeply meaningful. ಥ‿ಥ♡
this really came out of nowhere, I was enjoying the "realness" of it, but it's being so real it's like a punch…
This! I feel the same, that's why the characters are unlikeable (especially the female lead that people are attacking in other comments) because they seems real DEEPLY REAL... It seems like another cute mini drama but the dialogues and struggles are so true :(((( it became an example of Slice of life drama
I don't get it why people are so bitter with the last episodefor me it wraps well after all sufferingand people…
plus, I don't find they turn into good people at the end because they are just portrayed as humans: neither bad nor good, just broken and imperfectly humans
Also "1000 Stars" (2021), one of the best BL from Thailand this year <3 you can watch both on youtube :)
