So you’re one of the writers of Sword and Beloved? Are you seriously calling this a romance drama? You and the other two writers kept the ML and FL separated for so many episodes, and when they finally reunite, what kind of scenes did you give them? Where’s the romance?
As a fan of Chinese romance dramas, I’m really disappointed. Why does the support role get more romantic scenes than the main couple?
Sorry for speaking like this, but I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed with the three of you as the writers. I really hope you can write something fresher and more fitting to the genre in the future.

Watch ep 34& 35, that has evil fugui so cool. His acting is impressive.
I just can’t 😭 I’m a total romance drama lover, and watching the main couple’s relationship is so frustrating. The support roles even get more romantic scenes than the ML and FL! I like Cheng Yi — his acting is amazing — but I really prefer dramas with more romantic moments 😅
I just stopped watching this drama at episode 32 and haven’t had the courage to continue because I have a feeling it won’t have a happy ending. And honestly, this is the Cheng Yi drama that really disappointed me. But actually, I’m most disappointed in the writer. Romance isn’t even the real genre of this drama. The ML and FL barely spend time together and don’t have the romantic scenes that should exist in a romance drama. Strangely, the supporting roles get way more romantic scenes than the main leads. It’s utterly ridiculous and disappointing. Even if this drama was meant to have a sad ending, the ML and FL should’ve had more time together and more romantic moments. I’M REALLY ANGRY AT THE WRITER! YOU SHOULD JUST STOP WRITING!
What’s wrong with this drama? Fugui and Qing Tong have been apart for way too long! Where’s the romance supposed to be? I think they totally messed up the genre. I’m so annoyed with Qing Tong’s brother, Qing Cheng. But I’m even more frustrated with the writer for keeping the main leads apart for this long!
I see him in drama The demon hunter's romance, and i fall in love with his appearance. He more suit with wuxia drama, i hope next project he'll become main role and more got wuxia drama.
I guess I’m the only one not seeing the chemistry everyone is. FL actress has been good in other dramas but…
maybe because the genre of this drama is not focused on romance, and there is not much interaction between XZ and ZJY that's why you think their chemistry is not good. But I think their chemistry is good.
In which episode Mudan and Chang Yang get married? I’m really frustrated seeing how slow their relationship development. There aren’t even any romantic scenes.
I'm too lazy to watch ALP because the episodes are too long, but I'm really curious, is Bai Shou the reincarnation of Yue Mi? If so, why is her name called Xing Yue? Is Xing Yue another name for Yue Mi in ALP? Then, were Jing Yuan and Yue Mi lovers in the past in ALP? If not, why are they referred to as lovers in the MM past timeline? Does the plot not follow the original novel? If anyone knows, please explain it to me.
It's been several years since I watched Kluen Cheewit, but so far, no drama has been able to match it. I really like the lead actors and actress, and their latest drama from last year was good too, but not as great as Kluen Cheewit. I hope both lead actors and actress can play in a more serious drama like this one in the future.
