(Spoilers ahead) Oh my freaking God. That drama had so much potential but it was like watching a train wreck! I wanted to scream at Napat for being so weak, scream at Ake for being a complete douchebag, scream at the mum for her stupidity in allowing Arun to marry and spend years married to the douchebag and then them all forgiving both the rapists and being friends or cordial to them in the end was like what the actual fxxk!!! When the dad became a monk in the end I rolled my eyes harder than I ever have before because of course he did! I get it, Buddist teachings show forgiveness but this was all way too much. I get the feeling this was like a teaching drama, telling the audience about new laws and that its bad to abuse or rape your wives, but DAH, of course it's not freaking ok! That's not even getting into the storyline where the 2 long lost siblings fall in love with each other?? And the ending? I watched 18 freaking episodes of that to see a final scene of Napat and Arun with a baby, happily smiling and still friends with her abusive/rapist ex-husband with absolutely no scenes of them getting together in the first place!!!! I literally wanted to throw my computer after watching this drama but settled for yelling at it instead. SO MUCH WASTED POTENTIAL!!!!!!!!! AHHHH P.S. Sorry for the rant, I literally just finished the drama and headed here to vent.
Loved the chemistry of the 2 leads but I really felt this drama fizzled out in the end. I could probably have stopped watching around episode 10 but I like to finish drama's to the end. Very predictable and everything was tied up into a neat little bow at the end. I really wanted more to be honest.
Ji Sung is my Oppa number 5. I first saw him in Protect the Boss and then fell completely in love with him in Secret. Whoa, what a drama! One of my Oppa's not on this list is Yoon Sang Hyun. He's totally gorgeous and funny. Loved him as Oska in Secret Garden!
Oh My God! Words cannot express how amazing this drama is in every way. There were so many times I could hardly breathe from all the emotions I was feeling all at once. It was beautiful, sad, complicated and yet so simple. Just amazing. Thank you to whoever wrote and made this true masterpiece of drama.
Totally loved this Drama! It had everything and more. The portrail of the story by the actors was brilliant. I must say this is one of very few drama's where I actually liked the ending. Everything seemed to fit in the end and I didn't feel like I'd been jipped or just wasted 20 hours of my life. In fact I think they could have been 20 of the best hours of my life. Fantastic to watch. Lee Min Ho just keeps getting better and I can't wait to see what he does next. A must watch!
I really enjoyed this drama. A complicated yet beautiful friendship between these three unlikely people who bring out the best in each other. Well worth watching.
This was my first Kdrama and even though Dennis Oh's acting isn't great, I really did enjoy this one. I found it very funny and sweet but serious when it needed to be. It kept me amused from beginning to end and you can't ask for more than that.
P.S. Sorry for the rant, I literally just finished the drama and headed here to vent.
