I liked lead pairing's chemisty in the other serıe when guy was second lead. But here their chemistry was lacking gotta to be characters itself... I start with small expectations so I wasnt disappointed. Im watching it while i clean my room. Quite light hearted and love the way both female leads are strong and teaching important stuff to lead guys. Also like the way lead guys are both nice and coming from decent family which doesnt hate the girls or shame them like in most series! Some parts are really fun but if i have to sit through while focusıng on it i would have dropped it. Im kınd of desperate for more costume series I also like the lead casting thats why I dont want to drop x'D

I didnt had a problem with Female lead's voice cause I was just so happy to get LiYi Ton's real voice in a costume serie! I was scared of gettind a dubebd one xD hahah But I understand that it was quite hard to listen for some people. Since her voice already deeper and velvety from start once she acts cutesy her voice also sounds different.. Im glad she played this character though like she had so many mimics on her face I was impressed *_* And yeah I didnt mind it but the way they execute story had quite plot holes here and there... Wow! FINALLY an unique presentation in Chinese drama :0 IM SHOOK! A female lead which isnt 40kg while a lead guy who doesnt look like he is white enough to show his veins on his skin ALSO dare to have such a short army hair! BOTH looks so relatable and lovable especially in couple scenes i cant help but squeal! The chemistry is so nice esp from lead actor towards lead actress *-* Im impressed the way their acting is really good with mimics and body language for a short serie?! The mimics esp lead actress with that much skın make up on her face she was able to express many emotıons. Even though both leads meet through such awkwardish situation they were such decent human beings towards each other, lead guy isnt a jerk-lead lıke most cold ceo characters. I cant belıeve I found such a rare drama randomly XD mıght be my lucky day? I only binged first few eps right now but I know i will still give this drama higher points than most other dramas even if i might be frustrated with coming future eps. EDIT: Oh boy where do I start... First half of this serie was just too sweet. Just like a fully grow sweet fruit. I loved it so much their scenes together little cute details and coaxing each other<3 Too sweet and tasty ;_; But after a while she lost the weight, writing turns into other shitty webdramas. It felt like i bite the rotten part of sweet fruit i was eating while watching the tv! These characters deserved better than this kind of writing :c

edit: Oh boy the things i watch for a couple who has chemistry... this was awkward absurd funny because it was like a book with 500 pages made into a 20-30 page summary!So many stuff didnt felt serıous to me but fell absurd and I laughed a lot when it wasnt comedy... BUT like i say the lead couple's chemistry is sooo lovable. Lead actor's innocent-pure act is so natural and heartfelt. And once he is showing his real self his sight get so sharp and body language also change in seconds. I hope we can watch him in a long costume serie in near future cause he truly sincerely deserves it. Lead actress's acting was also good but she needs to work on angry scenes. Her mimics are great but her voice breaks a lot whenever she acts angry because she screams her lungs out to everyone including Emperor & Empress. I think she thinks when u scream its done you are acting angry but nope...

The cases dragged longer than it should be when you think how this is also romance & we could have so much more detailed scene from Lead guy's clan & his progress with lead girl's world instead of running around cases... Lacking in romance genre it was like only %20 of was romance if not 15 T__T Its a shame because lead couple has chemıstry with each other, they both had interesting&lovely characters to portray. It has 36 episodes but since cases dragged way too long it felt like the villain guy they have been searching around was the actual lead character of this story. In the last couple of episodes couple had some memorable scenes but it wasnt enough and ending feel rushed because of that. (at least for me)Normally that many episodes would be enough to develop /progress between couples... Also it felt like creator of story had the idea of both worlds, different characters YET they never got developed and they never get into the ımportant matters. It was as if those webtoon remake ınto dramas in a way. She/he should get a writing team as back up after creating such storıes Y_Y By the way the lead guy's clan's specialties were so similar to vampires in a way I guess writer inspired from them.Even the vital stone dust part so very sımılar to vampire blood case in american tv show Moonlight..
