Novel description translated by Vico on NovelUpdates:
Jiang Xue Ning is not a good person. To become the empress, she used every way and method and also trampled so many people's sincerity. But just before dying, she was willing to use her own life to plead for another. The Minister of Justice, Zhang Zhe.
In Xie Wei's memories, this person was not only taciturn, cold, and also nonsensical, yet was very upright and would not interfere within the affairs of the state. Jiang Xue Ning had always been difficult and tricky. How could she plead for him? Xie Ju An couldn't understand, yet it didn't stop him from hating this person.
Jiang Xue Ning originally had a heart. It's just that she had never given her heart to anyone.
What the heck is wrong with me!?I'm getting kind of bored and I'm not getting emotional at all while watching…
This happened to me when this was on air and i checked first eps. This weekend i was in need of warm family moments with leads having complicated but progressing love story so i decided to check some series i dropped before. Already finished first 10 eps as binge and i cant stop myself xD Im amazed how can i feel so different for same serie?!
I started this because story sounds interesting enough to check BUT main reason was the simple yet adorable couple scenes in openıng/ending segments. YET the chemistry is worse than 0 points it feels like block of ice or a stone wall while acting was cringy I gave up after 9eps... its a shame..
As a female myself its really hard to stomach how she is acting with someone who wants to broke up with her. I dont care if he still likes her or not or whatever reason he wants to break up, its just way too embarrassing & shameless to watch another female acting this way...
I couldnt cont watchıng after 1 episode because script and the way story worked was enough cringy but i was still okay with it, I just needed to watch a cute cheesy romance genre anyway. YET lead actress's acting is really bad in this I didnt see her anywhere else yet and I will be careful about it. Its been a while to see such level of acting im out of words even for such short web serıe its just ... nope
I thought the same but watching trailer on viki made me see its actually looks so much better than most recent cringy Kdramas xD... Actually I love the concept of he is a dog person while she a cat person, their personalities also just like their pets. Im afraid i end up going to be wanting more after watching this.
AHH ONE OF MY FAVE C-ACTRESS GOT PAIR WITH LIKED ACTOR *-* Plus the novel sounds pretty good and interesting on shushengbar! Gotta read it while waiting for drama<3

He got such a complicated characters to act in 'FAILing in Love' and his acting with small reactions /mimics at important parts were so good wow Im amazed he doesnt have much roles yet.. Even his talking was good as if he wore his character just like that :0 Darn his chemıstry was just sizzling?!?! ?wth X'D
Thank you for creating masterpieces like Are You Human Too? and Princess's Man. They both are my favourite dramas…
I know right? I was rewatchıng are you human too for lıke ?+ times and I finally wonder who wrote such a good detailed progressed characters and story, maybe I could fınd other serıes of same wrıter... Then now I see he has 3 of my fave Kdramas here XD I should check out ''Cheer Up, Mr. Kim!'' soon...
My favorite trope in romcoms *A*! ''My Unfamiliar Family '' did the best & fair for friend to lovers trope in my opinion(from all the Kdramas i watched). The writing was something all the little details and the way they film/edit, the acting was just so sincere and lovable too. For Taiwanese dramas, In Time With You was also so very good in both writing & acting.
