But I'm not sure how good of an adaptation the Korean entertainment would make of Kimi ni Todoke. Judging by the Korean romcoms I've watched, they'll probably turn Sawako into a whiny girl and not demonstrate the character growth we see in the manga. Also, they'll turn the guy who sort of likes Sawako (can't remember his name haha) into a pitiful second lead. Oh, and the "mean" girl will probably become this crazy, cunning maniac.
