And so, Gu Jiu Si had to defend his wife Yu Ru's reputation to extremes. Here the main male protagonist showed his interpretive strength and the passionate love he devotes to his wife. Liu Yu Ru as a strong-willed girl, did not break down and stood her ground and she had to watch her husband defend her honor. Suddenly this stately youth with an angelic face, Gu Jiu Si, showed all respect for his wife, and kept his promise (to protect her, even breaking the legs of anyone who bothered her.). He complied exactly. And Wang Rong, the cowardly boy who is brave to molest, but when he is at a disadvantage, he shows his hypocrisy even more. Gu Jiu Si's mother used her knowledge of formalities to deal with Wang Rong's father, but she couldn't help Gu Jiu Si's impetuousness. Ultimately, Gu Jiu Si's sacrifice may have prevented worse consequences. Wang Rong was persuaded to apologize and publicly confess that he had acted inappropriately towards Yu Ru. The episode ends with Yu Ru telling Gu Jiu Si that he will sleep in bed with him. This will be the first time they'll be close like this, also signifying the emotional closeness between the two. This drama really manages to slowly, unhurriedly show the building of a relationship based on trust and mutual understanding in a way that even reminds us of real life.

Gu Jiu Si, perceiving Luo Zi Shang as someone who hinders Liu Yu Ru, becomes curious and arranges for an investigation into him. Luo Zi Shang talks with Liu Yu Ru and tries to cast his web of intrigues on Liu Yuru and Gu Jiu Si, he tries to disturb their relationship. But Luo Zi Shang has a keen eye on Gu Jiu Si's feelings of love for Liu Yu Ru. He realizes that Liu Yu Ru is virtuous and principled, not being able to buy her or misrepresent her loyalty to the Gu family and Gu Jiu Si. At the end of that conversation, after she leaves, Luo Zi Shang wonders why the best things always belong to Gu Jiu Si (referring to Liu Yu Ru). Gu Jiu Si refers to Luo Zi Shang as the opponent he helped Liu Yu Ru compete with and win. When he mentions Luo, Mr. Gu gets a worried and thoughtful look on his face. Gu Jiu Si pretends he didn't notice that. Wang Rong, the governor's son shows his evil by taking the life of a husband in front of his wife who pleads for his life. Luo Zi Shang talks with the governor and his son Wang Rong and gives them information in advance about the fall of the Gu family that will happen in 10 days. And he offers the Gu family's land to them, and Luo takes 30 percent, but what he wants most is to watch Gu Jiu Si die. Luo is heartless and there is destructive feeling against the Gu family. Wang Rong sets a trap against Liu Yu Ru and Zhou Yie's reputation at the business meeting they were at. The episode ends at that point. There is a backstory. And it's in the past, in their childhood.
I don't quite remember what that was like. But... as far as I can remember the biggest problem is Luo Zishang's own father. The tragic past refers to the treatment that Luo Zi shang received by his family, father, uncle, parents, his life references.
