Can someone tell me the relationship between the First and Second Prince?
I've watched 9 episodes so far and is sad that the ML doesn't seem to care for his brother like than for the FL. I mean I understand FL, but still. I really hope they are able to stay brothers and that the First Prince doesn't end up back stabbing the ML (though at times I wouldn't mind if he does, I mean you guys see how ML treated his brother in episodes 8-9? He doesn't seem to care about his brothers feelings ;-; Poor First Prince, he deserves a hug!!)
I know all the main lead got saved, but what about the chubby ghost (Hwang Kook Chan). He got transferred out, did he ever got saved? De-ghostified like his pals?

I do know that WKX started all this for revenge as stated in the drama description (which I totally think is a spoiler, cause I didn't read the novel and came here and was like :O ).

Xiao Ting Sheng is wise as elders are wise, he has experienced much and used the guidance of his elders (ie Mei Changsu) to lead him.
Xiao Ping Zhang is quite wise for his age, he's probably the most close to Mei Changsu without MCS's schemes. He is what Lin Shu would have become and I feel like Xiao Ping Jing is what Lin Shu was like in his youth.
Mei Changsu had 10 years to come up with and implement his big plan. He also tested it on other nations before going after Da Liang and helping Xiao Jingyan become the emperor. He could not have done it without his persistance, intelligence, careful planning and the aid of his Jiangzuo Alliance plus Langya Hall. He has literally thought of every people involved and every action of what will happen. He is one thorough guy. But in his case, he has to be if he wants to succeed.
I just saw a teaser of this and now I really want to watch this. But this season 2 I guess? So it is necessary…
I don't think you need to watch season 1 to understand what's happening in season 2. BUT season 1, the original Nirvana in Fire is one of the best Cdrama's out there and definitely worth the watch. You won't regret it. (unless you hate political dramas)
I have not watched the drama or read the original source material. However, I was still able to comprehend and like the movie. I understand why people gave it a low rating, and while the movie is not amazing, it's not terrible either. Yes, the story is choppy, however it's not that hard to piece together what happened. My only complaint was the relationship of Ye Hua and Mo Yuan. The last part of the movie was difficult to understand. But the rest is like a puzzle which unravels as you are watching the movie.
