Imagine being mad over a FICTIONAL FEMALE CHARACTER having a partner before the ML and also assuming that the ML didn't have women before for whatever scenarios you've got going on in your head. Why do I see you under every forum post complaining about how female characters are portrayed in kdramas? It seems like your type of female characters is those who are untouched and supposedly 'strong and independent to be on their own with no men' but makes an exception for the ML.

she was blamed for all the worst things happening to their village so of course, she would believe so cos she was a freaking KID! Imagine going thru all that at such a young age. And for all that we know, he didn't come to save her when she was being beaten up by the village people. The reason why she stayed so lonely was because of his ass. Exactly! Its so rare to find such leads when most SMLs in kdramas are sugarcoated flower boys that are there to add confusion to the main leads' love story. This provides a fresh perspective and I hope they continue with this storyline as it is the one that caught my attention and piqued my interest

am i the only one who is so enamored with the other male lead? Like... Everyone needs to stop lying on themselves cos Chef Lee Hyeok really stole my attention. I watched this cos of Xiumin, my bias from EXO but stayed for saeon. I didn't expect him to be so handsome. He was really phenomenal on the kbl series, Light On Me and I was so shocked knowing that he starred with our beloved Eunmyeong (iykyk) then.


Also, I really love his chemistry with soo min and I sure do hope that we get to see more of Mi-sol and Hyeok. They have such good chemistry. Its amazing how well he is portraying the two characters, yicheom from joseon and hyeok, the brilliant culinary master.

Its a bit sad that we didn't see Mae Chang and Yi-cheom for ep4 but hope they return soon, i loved them too!
