When I opened New Title tab yesterday, I got this prompt "You have reached the maximum limit of 50 pending submissions for titles." I believe they are trying to clear backlog so limit is imposed now.
If you go to Search title, you can see new Format option which includes verticals and web series. I hope they tag all listed verticals properly. .

I wish I could submit but I've reached a newly imposed limit on New Title submissions.
