Omg you made a reference to a vampire. I too was reminded of a vampire when I watched this drama. Liu Lanbo gave me this vibe - Edward Cullen sparkling in the sun. Anyway your review was a fun read!

I was impressed by her acting in a drama about a doctor married to a special force soldier. Zhang Yi Quan and her co-star Han Yuxuan had great chemistry and rapport. There were many touching moments. Hope MDL page will be created for that drama.

I only watched 2 versions of this familiar plot. This morning I watched Zeng Hui's version and I prefer Cao Tian Kai's version. CTK's ML is flirty and I love it in addition to his hot body.
Lengthy but entertaining review. Like you, I was lured to watch this drama due to the tantalising cuts appearing on my Youtube. This was my very first vertical drama - in Dec 2024. Hate the story but love the styling & chemistry. I've watched many vertical dramas ever since watching Captive Love from the Mob Boss.

Yay, I enjoy Tian Yu's acting in both of her dramas with Yu Long. She can do comedic and dramatic scenes and I love her curves! There is a playlist of her dramas on Youtube.
