Oh Lee Soo Hyuk... I remember first seeing him appear in 2NE1's music video, it hurts and thinking about how handsome he is. But I have also never been blown away by his acting.

I can never forget Lee Hong Gi and how multi-talented he is, but his acting as Jeremy in You're Beautiful always comes to mind whenever I see him!

I haven't watched the movie so I don't how the drama compares to it, however overall the drama was entertaining. The main leads had good chemistry (Lee Min Ki is amazing) and the secondary characters and their story lines were also interesting. The female lead has two very supportive and fun friends, while the male lead has a reliable secretary and those relationships were highlights to the drama. They utilized guest appearances well, Kim Min Seok's cameo was super fun and Ra Mi Ran's acting made me cry. Overall the pacing of the drama was a bit slow and they really put the melo in melodrama especially in the last fews eps (this is also where people started criticizing because they could have made the drama even better if they didn't go the cliche route) but by that point I was already invested in the characters and it wouldn't be a kdrama without these cliches we all both love and hate at the same time.
TL;DR Definitely give the drama a try for its cast, romance, and friendship. Bonus points to the drama for the cute and fashionable dog, King Kang.

Yes, you definitely should! I don't normally watch jdramas, but this one also caught my attention and I was not disappointed. It's super cute and an easy watch!
