Some of us watching what happens in South Korea and we are shaken at the level of entitlement that seems to be accepted. It has been heart breaking to watch people end themselves because they feel so hopeless. Its the unmitigated ugliness that is allowed to reign unchecked. Case in point, what happened with SUGA of BTS and now most recently, young Song Jae Rim. It really needs to stop if South Korea hopes to continue to be celebrated.

I wish they didn't drag on with the male lead's poison status. With his connections and resources, at least some attempts for solutions should be made. But instead , they have him coughing blood, asking how long he still has and hiding everything from the female lead are so retoric, It actually takes this drama back to the same old same old classic Chinese drama retoric, so unfitting in this drama that has embodied fresh, innovative and constructive spirit.

Some people mention how they gave the male lead in Who rules the world 10 years to live at least in the end and that was actually my biggest pet peeve because in the novel, that stupid storyline did not happen. They both went away to live out their years together, but neither had a short time stamp on their lives.
That already upsets me, I hope they don't do the same kind of thing here. It is like a partial happy ending and I'm an all or nothing kind of person.
