They are both BL /yaoi parodies. Both are hilarious and both are totally rewatchable. The actors know how to play the humor and do the parody in an affectionate way. Also, both have short formats.

- Confusional ending (in the end you can't really tell if it's all in their mind or it's real)

Both are rather short korean stories about love stories between two men where one of them is a dancer. They are also productions of lgbt focused production companies.

both have stong and smart female leads
both have a on going revenge plot
both fls take on the identities of dead previously close with friends or relatives
both have CPs that use each other for mutual gain

Both:
- hit some of the same emotional notes.
- have characters who feel relatable and go through real growth, especially in the face of tough decisions and hidden feelings.
- with spirits and shaman powers,
- have the same mix of tension, heart, and youthful energy.
- the chemistry between the leads totally works
Sad that the episodes of The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim are way shorter.

Both have pseudo brothers (not blood related). In both dramas the younger one is the one who chases and the older one is in gay denial.
Moon and Dust is a cheaper production and it has a darker edge.
