Both are slice of life dramas with a similar feel. In Koi Desu the FL is visually impaired, in Silent the ML is hearing impaired. Both explore their daily life, relationships, and the misconceptions other people have.

Both dramas involve a forced marriage due to some circumstances. The ML already has a girl he's in love with/engaged to. The FL ends up having a miscarriage and disappears from the ML's life to another country for a few years, during which the ML deeply regrets losing her and can't move on. The two eventually reunite/re-marry.
