In both, the ML is slowly losing himself to another personality/being within him, and the FL is determined to save him.

Both are historical dramas with fantasy worldbuilding and elements. Both have a similar feel despite very different plots.

Both are quirky, fun, and unique short dramas in a school setting. Both have fourth-wall-breaking elements (the actors and characters have the same names, and CYH lets the viewer choose the ending), and light fantasy elements (the "ghost" of a coma patient as a character vs. the "inner personality" of the FL as a character).

The ML is an android or similar like creation of a scientist, and falls in love with the human FL. Both MLs sacrifice themselves but return for a happy ending after a while.

MLs are the villain characters of the FL's story/manga. Both MLs at some point become aware that they are characters. In TMRFTS, the fictional character enters our world, in TROT&R, the author enters the fictional world. In the other's world, they fall in love and try to change the story to give the villain a better ending.

Both feature a self-aware manga character as the FL who is determined to change their story. In both their world will disappear when the manga ends.

A character created by the FL comes to life and enters the real world. He then falls in love with the FL.
