I think Cho-yeon might be the one to alert her mother that Mu-deok also has the scar coupled with the fact that she also saw the Jinyowon door open for her

I don't think its Jang Gang either because he didn't seem to care so much when Jinyowon was begging him to save her daughter's life. Even though he helped her using the Ice Stone, she wouldn't have had to beg if it were his child she was carrying. he would've just done it.

Most interesting reveal of ep 15: Bu-yeon is actually Cho-yeon's half sister. Then who is her father? It can't be Jang Gang because that'd be too icky, it can't be Naksu's father because Jinyowon helped kill him and seemed indifferent. Who could it be???
