The gay romance does not pan out, it's one-sided longing the whole time. This drama is much more complex than just is there any cheating...there are temptations and even the FL is married on the side in the meantime while they are discovering their romance in the midst of war. They are not officially together for most of it. So if you want to know if there's clear cut cheating makes me think you will probably find something to be uncomfortable with here

The second part isn't as good imo, but still definitely worth watching. It's not that the FL is bad it's just her past behavior and attitude makes it so their relationship is stuck in this pretend-to-hate you dynamic. And then she gets pulled back into those patterns of hers quite often. It's a mature drama in how realistic relationships can be. They are not always straightforward love with all the right reactions.

I can't stop coming back to this drama, my favorite drama of all time. One of the things I love most is how it portrays such a healthy caring relationship and healthy communication styles. Seriously just the vibe of this drama and how their relationship is so sweet and uplifting and how good they are to each other is like therapy.

Same. It's mediocre imo, maybe a little below mediocre. JCW's character is interesting tho as usual.

It's one thing to be a supporting role in a romance drama and a completely different thing to lead one. Victor himself said he didn't think he would be right for the emotional parts. And not to mention the personality of how he portrayed his character in HL is completely different from how he was written in first frost.

Maybe you need to check out the drug zombie villages on the streets of San Francisco, Philadelphia and more. Not to mention our drug-related crime rates. You honestly cannot be this naive.

She's hugely popular but I agree with you, I've never been a fan. It's hard to get me to really like a lead actress though.
