I watched her in Secret Garden and Empress Ki and she was virtually the same character - stared blankly with wide eyes in almost every scene. Spoke with zero expression. She's not a good actress, no clue how she rose to popularity so many years ago.

I tried. I looked forward to this drama forever as the biggest JCW fan. At ep 8 I'm finally dropping. It's very boring. What is the plotline here? It feels like nothing is happening.

Does ML ever clear the air that he didn't actually sleep with 2FL? Pretty sure FL is still under the impression that he did because of what 2FL said at the table several episodes ago, and it's giving me weird vibes with them supposedly back together again. Makes me wonder if the writer dropped the ball

As someone who's seen over 100 kdramas, I disagree. It's not anything groundbreaking but it is entertaining and a lot better than the medicore shows we're getting lately, especially when it comes to romcoms.

As awesome as it would be to have two villains fall in love, part of me hopes FL isn't really bad and just falls under his spell. I've been waiting to see a true FL falls for the villain storyline forever... Pretty much a guaranteed non-HEA too. I can't wait.
