If he had got out of the palace, he should have escaped and never come back there. At least in my opinion an intelligent person would have done it. This person would have tried EVERYTHING to come back, so in that case he/she would have looked for another lake somewhere else - the Queen didn't drain it in the whole country, but only in/near the palace. So sorry, but for me it was stupid and he behaved like a moron.

I think you can watch Mr. Sunshine but it doesn't have anything supernatural things there. Mr Sunshine is a historical drama, it's about secret rebellion and there is similar FL, a strong character who is also a sniper. But it's different. I haven't watched anything like CT ever before.

Can it be a bit of fantasy? Then you can try "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" or "18 Again", I really loved it :) You can also try "Hospital Playlist" or "Suspicious Partner" (but the characters are older, they go to work).

People hate many actors, Suzy and Kim Seon Ho as well so you shouldn't bother it. Fortunately most people are not haters of actors, but JUST haters of the plot :)
