I haven't seen such comments myself, but you're right. I didn't like both main leads in Start-Up, but it proves... that Suzy and NJH are actually good actors (I loved Suzy in Vagabond and really liked Nam Joo Hyuk in Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo), so I was also really surprised I didn't like them here :) They don't deserve all the hate, like you wrote Dalmi and Dosan are only fictional characters. No, sorry, but I won't give it only one star. Kim Seon Ho deserves more, because he was sooooo great in it. Moreover, thanks to this stupid drama he got attention so I gave it 7.5/10. Kim Seon Ho is the true winner of Start-Up and I'm really glad for that.

However, they didn't show us anything - how the sisters reconciled, Dalmi's change - even after three years she looks down on WIJ's company - that's sad. I thought Dalmi's decision was better, but it turns out that not necessarily :/ So still I've no idea what the whole rivalry was for and what overall message of this drama is.
What the sisters' rivalry was supposed to show us, since Dalmi ended up at WIJ's company anyway? It's illogical since they showed us that Dalmi is not as good as her sister after all because even three years later she is worse than WIJ. They proved she was just an audacious, arrogant liar back then... It turns out that she hasn't achieved anything by herself. And even three years later, she looks down on the WIJ's company. She hasn't changed at all. I think she is the worst female lead ever. Zero logic. So overall message of this drama would be...? Put your pride in your pocket and apologize? :P

Same, I will give it at least 7 because of HJP, grandma, and WIJ (soon SIJ). They're the only reason why I still watch it, because Dalmi is also one, big failure. What has she achieved by herself? She became the CEO, then she was deceived and left alone, so she went running to her sister, tail tucked between her legs... Great achievement. They could at least show how the sisters reconciled...

However, in my opinion she generally seems to be such a joyful person that she feels comfortable with anyone, both on the Vagabond set with Lee Seung Gi, or Start-Up, or anything else.
