The rape scene is probably because of bad writing. It doesn't make sense and contributes nothing to the whole story. Raping Mark is way too much if the author only wants readers to hate Vee. Lol.

I read a decent english translation, and it didn't seem romanticized to me. I don't know about the thai version, but the translator said she translated everything directly and accurately so I guess there was not much difference. "First adaptaion of this one" - what are you referring to? The mini series? Lol. They didn't even include the brutal rape scene, how was it similar to TharnType? XD

Did you read the whole novel though? I read both 1&2 and I also HATE that part so much. Actually everyone I know hate that part, you know why? Because it was awfully written, it was as an actual rape. I didn't see any sign that the author wanted anyone to love or enjoy that part. How was it romanticized? WDYM?

I watched the livestream. They said the movie follows the story after Season 1. What happened to CaiReel after that. But there's still a lot more to tell that didn't fit in the movie, like Wesley and Terence story, Pearl, and every character in Gameboys that's why there's still also a series. So basically, this movie version will only focus on Cairo and Gavreel, then the series is gonna be about the whole gang.

Really? I thought it's a parallel universe like the monk said? Two worlds are existing at the same time. Pao came from a dimension where he really died, and when he and Thurs met, two dimensions collided with each other. But at the end, the dimension where Thurs is in has the alive Pao all along.

Thurs' story didn't disappoint, the best one in Y Destiny so far. Thurs and Pao are two of the most adorable characters I've met on BL. There was not a single cringey moment in those two eps, just pure cuteness and fluff!
