you could literally FEEL the tension once the countdown starts and Phob was struggling on how to move forward with this revolution deceiving his prince.
“No matter what happens, I never wanted to hurt you”. This line hurts the most.
I cried my eyeballs out just to get cliffhangered on the ending 😭😭💀
the cases especially from the middle bits to the ending was what sold this short drama to life. I liked how concise and to the point they filmed with no intro, the short outro and overall, sort of like infinite flow of the cases that’s all connected with each other.
but in saying that, what I hate when it comes to short dramas is how easily they chop the ending up into a S2 continuation to which you will never know when S2 is even going to be made. it happens to every single one of them especially the crime ones and it’s super annoying lol
True to Yuan Hong’s words, Xiao Ye, the dog, looked very lonely and unwilling to cooperate, where did he even ship it off to, after that whole break up?? 🤣
Are people really paying for premium on top of VIP to watch this? I rarely see any other shows with premium content…
depends. for cdrama watchers, IQIYI is the best subscription wise amongst the others and personally, most of the things I watch are on IQIYI whether that’s just cdramas entirely, or the bl ones since they’re the only platform to host them. I watch dramas with the intention to buy the express anyway so it works out when I buy premium from the start than the standard as opposed to others who don’t and have different interests. I suppose some others are the same, it’s not that they are paying more just to watch TPP alone but that they already have it in the first place to watch other things too.
There doesn’t seem to be anyone getting their hands on the uncensored DVD as of yet but I did find this on rednotes, the first LWZ helping PS clean his dish scene that everyone was disappointed on being cut.
I really loved first episode and I can only watch on YouTube so the English subtitles made me laugh, the FL’s…
it’s the exact same translation format as any other verticals, I seriously have no idea why they decided to name everyone western for a short drama, the last bilibili drama, You have my Heart didn’t do this so perhaps it’s the channel?? 🤣
I’m trying real hard not to cringe at how awful these names are, they could’ve at least picked more common royal names
there was barely any mentions of how well the actress playing Li Lejun was in the comments when her character started becoming grey as she’s among one of the famous short verticals leading actresses, I admit, I really did almost forgot about her bc of HMH and AiMi. 🤣
she went from fl to 2nd fl now in a full length drama, it’s great to see how versatile her roles are from the classic common reborn characters to morally gray ones.
Is the real Suea Tawan the actor Team? He looks like an off version of another actor but I can’t name who lol, he’s a very new face.
HE, the last ep was very violent with the final attempt really nicely done especially someone who fell from a height and still stubbornly survived lol, I like how many Suea’s were introduced as it shows just how extensive the bandits have gotten that the police still can’t catch.
Sorry, I have amended my comment. I generally watch episodes as soon as it comes out so I was on ep 34 by the time I made this comment. The first line was in reference to Miss Bu who had twins, they stuffed her scene in at the start after a whole episode of mourning the crown prince (yes, I wrote cp as in him lol) dying in Xihe arms, and her breaking down. I’m just saying it was very soothing.
Often seen in Boy’s Love genre, it is described as their secondary gender. Women can develop one too, and there are heterosexual cp’s omegaverse out there.
What is ABO?
Alpha - Top, generally dominant and superior. Beta - Human like. Omega - Traditionally paired with alphas, bottom, generally submissive like. Extra forms you might come across; Enigma - Very superior, is capable of everything, rank above alphas.
Classifications vary from fiction to fiction, some are very particular on who’s dominant or recessive, and S class.
Pheromones?
Invisible scents only Alphas/Omegas/Enigmas have and can smell, it seduces people, attract or dispel those around them, show dominance, sooth, regulate, or harm and fluctuates with emotions.
Some betas can turn into omegas after being ‘induced by pheromones’ which means an Alpha released his pheromones in large quantities surrounding the beta 24/7.
Some are late bloomers, and can get triggered by pheromones into changing their secondary gender.
Heat/Rut?
Biological processes akin to an animal’s mating season or human’s menstrual cycle.
A heat refers to an omega’s cycle.
A rut is an alpha’s cycle.
Duration and intensity varies, often written as more than 3 days of intense pain, heat, and discomfort.
Can be delayed/relieved with meds = inhibitors.
WTH is mpreg?
Male pregnancy commonly associated with omegas. Really anyone can get pregnant if an enigma is in sight.
The Knot?
A specific biological mating process of an Alpha to ensure his Omega is pregnant involving the expansion of 🍆.
The Bond?
A mating mark commonly from an alpha biting an omega to complete their union. Almost like a soulmate thing, it binds them together. The bite is anywhere on the neck where the ‘glands’ are and presentation varies. Once marked, the pair can no longer be affected under anyone’s pheromones and/or suffer together through side effects such as being away from each other for a certain amount of time.
Where did omegaverse originate from?
I don’t know, I suspect it evolved from familiar sources of works such as Twilight and the whole werewolves thing as it uses the same ABO system except omegaverse doesn’t involve supernatural beings.
FYI, omegaverse doesn’t just stop at live dramas, there’s a bunch of materials out there, I’ve seen AI animated ones, and self animated drawings too but I can’t share them all lol.
Now, if you can’t wait that is, feel free to read some more books and manhwas like I am, because let’s be honest this list is ridiculously super short and written materials will always keep coming out.

This was the only full snippet cut I could find. Maybe y’all might have something better in your circle.

Prince Xin died, he staged a coup to help SXH rid him of himself.
After all that crying and mourning for the crown prince in ep 32 & 33, they did this to us in the next episode!! 😭😭
