Can someone explain why yoo yeon fired the maid at the end?
Because the maid was smiling at her boyfriend as if she wanted to seduce him. Yoo Yeon did not like it and fired her, probably also to show that she "deserves" her new social position
That's right. I consider myself a feminist too, but just couldn't believe her blindly as many others did. If she only had mentioned the abortion, maybe it could have made more sense. However, the reason why I did not believe her was that she talked about his personality, saying exactly the opposite of what people believed. She provided so many details, even intimate details. Normal people would not do that unless they have other goals, such as revenge and ruining his reputation and career and the reason could also be the simple fact that he decided to break up with her.
Moreover, the fact that he only apologized and did not deny any of her accusation means that probably he didn't want to make it worse for her, which is exactly what's happening now.
She’s admitted there was a misunderstanding between them but she doesn’t apologize to him for publicly airing…
Why should his career be damaged just because of something he did in his private life? What if you are fired from your job just because of something bad that happened between you and your boyfriend/girlfriend (something you were responsible for)? It was a private matter and she should have kept it private. Why bother and tell the public? That's the reason why now she is also suffering the consequences
EDIT: I saw your comment briefly a few hours ago, but couldn't answer immediately, but now it disappeared. Anyway, I would like to add that I NEVER SAID that she deserves death threats just because of this whole story I'm not that sick and I myself would never do something like that. But I am aware that there are people like that in the world. I'm just saying that she should have expected that his most extreme fans could've done something like this and even find and expose her identity. I heard that she works in the entertainment industry, which means she should have known what the consequences for her would be. That' s why I think she should have refrained her anger towards him and keep the whole thing private. It would have been better for everyone.
you do not know this man at all i promise you there's no need to try to defend his awful behaviour
That's right. Moreover, he didn't even tell his side of the story. He might have seriously meant it when he told her that he would marry her (when she got the abortion). But then, they have been together for a while after the abortion and people's feelings may change over time... This does not change the fact that he was rude and treated her badly, but I still think that it is unfair and too easy to judge when we hear only one side of the story (of a woman, in particular). He only apologized, but never told his actual version.
victims speak because they endure an unbearable pain, they speak because they want people to hear them, reflect…
I do not agree. In my opinion, she also wanted revenge because he broke up with her and made her suffer but now he was becoming more and more famous and people liked him. If she only wanted people to hear and reflect on her pain, she wouldn't have told everything to the whole nation, but only to her family and friends.
It's obvious to me that she did it purposely to make him look bad and ruin his life. Therefore, people accusing her of trying to ruin his career are not entirely wrong.
Not only did he force her to abort the child but also talked behind his co workers, directors, staff backs. Even…
I understand the whole abortion situation, but I still think that she was an adult and made the choice together with him for her own benefit (marriage). This does not mean that I want to defend Kim Seon Ho, but SHE has her faults too. They did it together. She is no saint, as well as he is no saint.
As regards the rest, I still don't believe that everything she said is true(that he badmouthed his co-workers and so on). She was angry and decided to expose him as revenge. She might have said those things only to destroy his reputation 100%. I don't really know what to believe, honestly.
I don't know if I'll keep watching the show without Kim Seon Ho. I'll give it a chance maybe, but just don't know. I liked the group, but if a member is not there anymore, it will not be the same. Let's see.
I don't really understand why people should drop the drama or not even start it after Kim Seon Ho's controversy. This drama is great. Are you seriously not able to watch it just because of this personal life? pffft.
I don't know whether this scandal is true or not. But if it is true, why did the girl disclose it only now? Exactly in a moment in which he was attracting a lot of attention. That's just weird. Moreover, I would have understood if she only stuck to describing the abortion issue, but she didn't. She also badmouthed him in every possible way, as if she had other intentions. She obviously does not want a simple apology.
I also do not understand knetz and their hate for him (I heard they are petitioning to make him leave "2 Days & 1 Night"). It's just absurd since NOTHING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED YET. And even if it is true, we are not talking about rape or something like that here. We are talking about an abortion and consequent break up, which is more common that what people think. However, this is his PERSONAL and PRIVATE life. If he didn't want a baby, he had the right to ask her to get an abortion. OBVIOUSLY, it was up to the woman to decide whether to get an abortion or not and she did. She made the final choice, guys. He DIDN'T FORCE her. That's why I don't understand all the hate.
Then, I get that she might have suffered psychological damage and I am sorry for her in that case. I understand that getting an abortion is something serious. But when someone is mentally sick and has problems, that person should go to a psychologist, which can be of great help. It was not necessary to go to such an extent and ruin someone else's life and career. She should have just tried to move on with her life. On the contrary, this issue might affect her too and not only him. I wonder if she feels some kind of satisfaction now.
In any case, I hope his career does not end like this. He’s good and talented and I enjoy watching him on 2Days&1Night.
Gosh, I just watched the final episode and I'm crying soooo much. This is not only the best drama of 2020, but one of the best dramas in general. I never, literally NEVER got bored or skipped parts. I watched it all, from the beginning to the end, without losing a single detail and gosh, I'd do that again.
Yeah it wasn't the best to start with, but it could have been a little better if it weren't for the cuts and changes they have made due to the criticism
