Where's this Ruicheng, is it a chinese name for some country in europe ?
i think its either sweden or switzerland. 瑞典 (ruidian) is chinese for sweden, and 瑞士 (ruishi) is chinese for switzerland. “ruicheng” might be a fictional name made up for a country similar to sweden or switzerland because ive never heard anyone refer to either places as “ruicheng”
imo the FL is doing fine. just fine. honestly not great but not bad. lowkey wish they wouldve picked a diff actress 😭😭passionately in love but every time there’s an intimate scene, she looks like she doesnt want to be there what so ever. that scene where theyre on the couch, and that “kiss” scene, wang anyu’s eye literally looks like hes about to eat her alive and it pans to her and she looks lowkey miserable 😭 wouldve been so good if they just picked a different actress for this role, i just dont think these type dramas r for her
lowkey mad abt the ending but ykw its okay bc there’s a second season (they better actually film and release it). lowkey disappointed bc ive been waiting for this drama for like before song zuer was banned. it was even that it was bad bc it wasnt. i actually really liked it; plot was good, loved the characters, actors was fine. but kinda disappointed
i have just realized how much zhao jin mai fits xia. xia was the loml she was my favorite character. i loved her so much. zhao jin mai's acting is phenomenal. all im worried about is the plot. the last sword and fairy drama they made (sword and fairy 5, not the prequel) was honestly...mid.

so far the casting is pretty good. i do have to admit, i feel like xinxin is getting typecasted a bit. almost all of her characters have been this naive, bubbly girl. im not really complaining since she's good at these type of characters but it can get a little old sometimes, and it'll be hard for her to switch concepts.
but i think yue qi will be fine. although she's still naive, qi isn't stupid. spoiler alert, qi is actually a really strong character in the game, and she wasn't dumb in the game. as long as they don't make her dumb in the drama, i think it'll be fine. im sure xinxin will do a good job.
Dylan Wang's acting improved so much compared to when he was in Miss the Dragon. In Miss the Dragon, he was like a literal robot. But it's completely different this time. I can tell he actually looked into the plot/story and his character. He was so cute when Xiao Lan Hua was in his body, that part his acting was on point. He has a really great future in front of him! Xin Xin's acting was also really good! Xiao Lan Hua is too cute! And the CP is so cute too! Especially in episode 26, when they were kissing by the lake, OMG THEY WERE ADORABLE. So far so good! The plot and acting are on point, hopefully, the ending is also good.
the latest episode...i can understand why xixi wants to go back and i can also understand why pei zhi wants to stay. if only there was a way for them to stay and go back. episode 20, we find out that xixi from the cheese word can see everything strawberry world xixi is doing. i feel so bad for both of them. i wonder if cheese world hua juan and pei zhi can see too. if hua juan can see, why didn't he recognize that it isn't cheese xixi? so can only cheese xixi see??? i want to see strawberry xixi and cheese pei zhi meet each other again. maybe i should've watched the show after it aired completely, i don't do well with cliffhangers.
Definitely not a bad drama, I'm just a bit disappointed with the ending, they definitely did not have to kill off everyone. With a better ending I would've definitely given it a 8, but for now it's a 7.5. I personally think there is chemistry between the two lead and I love how they're kind of enemies too lover. They are out not liking eachother at all but the more they know each other, they fall in love without even knowing. This is a cute drama for people who just want to pass time.
