the way this drama is we might be surprised and the ex may not really be stalker ... but maybe was left hanging, doesn't have the closure or anger hasn't subsided and hence the way he interacts with do han... but may not really be a crazy crazy stalker per se

personally, i find nothing beats physical tiredness... so tire yourself (not cerebral but body/hard work/physcial)
it is not a 100% thing... the idea of other herbal teas is also to calm the nerves...
but instead maybe try playing some sound in the background that discourages thoughts because brain is forced to make ear work more than thinking cells
