it was fair game.. FL has been running her plans.. i think that was pretty fair ground.. FL was trying to take away her position and give it to her sister.. so again XY's tactics are what she has learnt.. but what she did with the King is absolutely understandable
It is like performance evaluation was going on and one of the heavenly folks incharge for human lives, and the one in charge of XW's life got really scolded on making a man's life so full of miseries..
so then they decided to atleast give him some happiness and family to balance out losing family.. and therefore gave rebirth to his love interest
lol.. because if anyone's life got impacted upfront it is XW's.. rest are still going through their major pains *************************
Also i think ZZ's fan club in the heaven lost to XW's.. and that's how they decided on what FL will do after rebirth :P

Xue girl tried to save herself when everyone else discarded her. She was born and groomed to think the way she does... and as far as FL is concerned, that lady has no right to lecture anyone.. she needs to accept that she got outwitted
Princess is also wrong in asking Xue girl why she put princess in that position. This IS THE PRINCESS' duty and no one else'..
when she dies, she basically asked FL to mix her ashes / take it back to her homeland.. both of them know that princess will be the 1st one to die when war breaks out .. so she asked FL to carry princess' home (country's soil) to her.. because she imagined the only way they will meet again is with her dead body

but it would be such a straightforward drama if this is about fighting some random creatures without making this a satire on human society (secret missions, kidnapped creatures etc)
