i understand the plot, what did LSS do to the evil bone when she swapped it with her essence? is she carrying it, is it destroyed? is it lost?

So net net , we know evil bone did not get destroyed.. somehow got implanted in TTJ.. but then LSS takes it out of TTJ and gives him her immortal essence.. so where is the evil bone now? what happens in the end
