I think xianxia has fixed setup - Ep 1-10 ML-FL meet , Ep 11-20 - start falling for each other but super subtle , Ep 20-30 - time to travel to human world and actually get to be a couple Ep 30 - come back , some more reasons for staying away and then eventual get together..

FORMULA is always same.. very minor things change here and there

This show is average at best. There are better xianxia dramas. The only good thing about this show are good looking male leads.. other than that.. standard run of the mill stuff with very very very average acting..

But if you are in for teenage, romance, good looking ML stuff.. then sure!
