wasn't really... the problem is not what he could have done.. problem is there was an extremely incompetent person on the throne, who fails to recognize the problem.

1. North vs south was going on. Whoever would have been North's king would have raided South. This was the primary reason he killed his dad and became the emperor
2. South was clearly going bankrupt, struggling. He offered trade channels without asking for much (literally just right to see his lover face to face)... but stupid king thought this was another wooing attempt
3. Finally, it was simply that bad that he raided South but again under strict principles of minimum damage and torture.

In all of this, what did we see on the other side - not one court meeting, a man feeling trapped who had gone quiet instead of a man who had responsibilities and was now actively working hard to learn the tricks of the trade and become a competent leader..
Fact he doesn't know how bad the situation was in his country (if people r willing to revolt then there is abject poverty, corruption and social decay that has creeped in and running on accelerated pace)

3. gym fight after 1st girl died .. between the sensible girl and the boy cut hair gal and fah.. again stupid
4. Biologist - she literally saw a madman put hammer through a living person... but she wants to be a therapist. Net was right, she was SOLELY responsible for all the people killed. Net should throw her to zombies. ( Her audacity later on to yell at Ning about doing something... like sure.. You crazy woman, you killed atleast 3 people)
5. Queen Bee Ning - don't even get me started. a) was wrong about announcing against San's advice. she only had to tell them about being at rooftop, not give away one's location.
Then, the whole fit she had after watching pendrive. Breaking screen and what not. Seriously felt she was more upset that she was pulled out of the project vs saving people.
I don't think she genuinely even cares for non.. she probably always knew non is not her real brother
WORST, once in helicopter... she SIMPLY DID NOT CARE about others and them not being able to get onto the HC.. all she tried for was to get Non onboard
