i love this show while also feeling so sorry about some of the trials the idols go through. (having them create their own raps / melodies , or do jumping jacks while singing to test stability == awesome; some of the other physical tests == unnecessary??)

There are multiple rounds to the show. First round is to cut it from 45 to 14/15. Next round is to cut from final 14/15 to the 7 that will actually debut as a group

I already like that relative to some other shows I’ve seen we get to see a bit of each trainee’s creativity - like when they need to improvise own dances or come up with own melody and rap etc
