Just my take but I believe that the ending happened because it was a way for them to continue to a potential second season or movie. Next i think that it finally gave them the means to explore the fantasy or sci-fi theme of the series. I think it'll be something like interstellar or arrival type of story.

I knew Gun would be good given his resume and Dew but I was surprised by how excellent Pond acted. He stood on his own and was not overshadowed by the good actors beside him. Pahn too has shown improvement from My Love Mix up. I look forward to the next episode.

been watching this for the past few weeks and i'm enjoying ohm's acting. he really is blessed with the skill to create chemistry with anyone.
