Title Good Manager
Nam Gung Min is awesome playing ridiculously wacky characters. I hope he gets recognized for that moving forward…
Psychos are not normally the main lead. I'd like him to continue getting top billing.

Episode 5 turned the series around. It also was a turning point for Hye Soo's acting. Will be changing my rating if this continues.

The only weak spot I saw is Lee Min Ho and Jun Jhi Hyun's chemistry as lovers. They're a good comedy couple, but comparing this to "You from the Stars", You can feel the sincerity and real chemistry between Jhi Hyun and Soo Hyun. She won the Daesang, for chissake, while the best she could get for this drama was a couple award with Lee Min Ho. I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this, but aside from his pairing with Park Min Young, all his OTP with these great actresses were a little (a lot) flat.

I really feel apathetic towards Hwan Ki's character. His motivations are unclear and you really wanna slap his face because of how pathetic he is.4 episodes in and I still don't care about any of the 2 leads. The second leads are worse. Very one-dimensional. Very creepy in a stalker-ish, rap-y kind of way for the male second lead, all touchy and creepy and stuff. Who would root for a character that can't even be intelligent enough to talk.

The presentation of his social disorder is way off, bordering on pathological/clinical. It's very similar to agoraphobia, and not a simple case of introversion. You can be an introvert but NOT BE AFRAID of people that you would actually retreat.

Like the boss, this show has some mental issues. It's kinda bi-polar. Is the writer or PD the one responsible for "Another Oh Hae Young?" I can see some similarities in the contrast of the humor and dramatic parts, same actors as well (I count 7, including cameos for both dramas). Unfortunately, Park Hye Soo does not have the charisma and chops of Seo Hyun Jin. Her acting is disjointed, it's as if we're seeing two different characters on the opposite spectrum. Seo Hyun JIn was able to come up with a character that was whole and complex and funny and sad at the same time.

The reason it's not working as of episode 4, is that Ro Woon could not complement and play off Hwan Ki's character. There's no chemistry and thus, no redeeming factor, which annoys me and could not make me care for either character.

I so desperately want to like Park Hye Soo because she was cute in Age of Youth. She's just all over the place in this drama. Again, 2 different characters being portrayed by the actress and not a complex, well-developed one, as the character should be.

Hihihihi... I agree with you. The mother is so wicked, considering she's not a chaebol mother.

What it did was capture the spirit of the anime, and Takeo stayed true to his character, as a lovable, dense, loyal and kind friend and person. Though we can't compare the anime vs the movie using the same standards, the creative license that was incorporated into the movie made sense. It could not possibly follow the sequence of events in the anime, because the emotional pay-off should be at the end.

Suna and Yamato were humanized in the movie with real emotions, that the anime could not express. In the anime, they were very 2-dimensional, with Takeo, the only one showing true humanity. The actors gave the characters an additional depth that you can't see on the anime.

It's not better nor is it worse than the anime. It's just different. I still recommend that you watch it.

I always thought that Yoo In Na was sexy as hell. Her role in "Another Happy Ending" took away her hotness vibe with all of the layered clothing and that funky hair do. This brings the hotness back. As always, Gong Yoo is solid with his facial expressions. He always does well with the comedy. Loved his skill since "Coffee Prince." Kim Go Eun on the other hand, this is the first drama of hers I've seen. I shied away from "Cheese in the trap" because of her weird appearance/presentation as the female lead. She's awesomely cute here. Lastly, Lee Dong Wook appeals to me the most when he's stoicly funny. This is his funniest role, second only to his character in "Wild Romance."

I didn't recognize Kim So Hyun as the Queen in episode 1. She looks so matured compared to her "Bring it on Ghost" character. Solid.

The description of the drama above was way off: "Both anchor and meteorologist now see each other as rivals in their race to becoming the station’s most valued employee. But what happens when the two rivals start to fall in love? The drama may be too much, even for a broadcasting station." It may be a way to generate interest, but I've seen this ploy used numerous times. It's misleading.

If you check the Reply series, they used the real names of the actors as their characters (at least the parents did), also, the female lead used her real name as the character's name in Let's Eat (the first one), since this is essentially a spin-off, probably the same "fun" spirit was brought into it.
