and i do agree with the fact that drinking the glass isn't equal to what she did, knowingly. but blaming her for the entire thing while he drank the glass when it was for someone else wasnt her fault either the love potion was never placed for him but he mistakenly drank it which males both of them being at fault.
HJ for being dumb enough and placing a live potion on a table full of other people and SY for drinking the glass of water and disrespecting HJ repeatedly at any given situation. "You're the one who made me like this" "You're the one who destroyed me" when she never intended to do so (at him).

but he ridiculed and insulted HJ every time he got the chance to, which is what really bothered me. if placing the love potion on a meeting table was a mistake (which i admit was quite dunb of HJ) then drinking the glass placed by JK was a mistake too which makes them both equally responsible then why does he only want HJ to take accountability, i highlighted this since i was talking abt the negative traits SY has.

yeaaaaaa but they still didn't know if the love spell worked or not, even before the fair skin spell. they were just assuming they did and SY would embarass HJ all the time for it though nothing backed the fact that it worked.
the addition of new twists and plotlines every week is what made me get overwhelmed with this drama. they add new mysteries before solving the ones they introduced before. they showed us the Red hand haunting rowoon and now its suddenly nowhere to be found, the unexpected addition of a stalker to the storyline and this week, the new addition is Shinyu and Hongjoo being Past life lovers from Joseon period. the Past life lovers is what really gave me the ick, its overused, boring and repetitive.
Rowoon's character is so arrogant and clearly, a red flag.
this man has said AWFUL things to the female lead in past and then proceeds on blaming her for a "love potion" which he himeself isn't sure if works or not. He even porceeded to kiss her forcefully by pulling her WITHOUT consent, that too, twice (even got slapped once) and mind you, that was when she DIDN'T have feelings for Shin Yu. after all this, this man proceeds to cheat on his gf of 1+ years whom hes preparing to get MARRIED to. again, we DONT KNOW if the potion worked for him to fall for Hongjoo, which means that if it didn't, this guy just got swayed by another pretty woman and broke up with the one he was with before.
