There’s something about Fu Gui that just warms my heart. At first glance, he seems like your typical tsundere ML archetype but he’s so much more than that. He is stoic but not cold. Strong but not ruthless. Despite growing up all his life as a human weapon, he’s not apathetic or filled with rage. He’s kind and generous and forgiving to all beings, including to his terrible father. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a character like Fu Gui with such a beautiful heart.
