Best drama I've ever watched.
From start to finish, this K-drama completely captivated me, and much of that is thanks to the absolutely phenomenal performance of the male lead. His acting skills are truly out of this world. Every time his character cried, it didn’t feel like I was watching a performance—it felt like I was witnessing a real person’s heartbreak right in front of me. The depth in his expressions, the subtle tremble in his voice, and the way he conveyed pain, love, and vulnerability made it impossible not to be emotionally invested. I broke every single time he broke down on screen. He didn’t just act; he lived the role, and that’s rare to see at this level. The female lead was equally impressive. While the male lead had a raw emotional weight, she brought a perfect balance with her warmth, strength, and nuanced portrayal. Her character felt relatable and real, and her chemistry with the male lead was so natural it made every interaction between them feel genuine. She had moments where she shined just as brightly, delivering powerful scenes that stuck with me long after the episode ended.
The supporting cast also deserves praise. Each character, no matter how big or small their role, felt essential to the story. There was no “filler” or side character that felt unnecessary—everyone had purpose, and everyone elevated the quality of the drama. It was clear that the casting was done thoughtfully, with an emphasis on not just star power, but on finding actors who could truly embody their characters.
As for the story itself, it was beautifully crafted. There were no glaring plot holes or moments that felt out of place. Every twist and turn had meaning, and every emotional beat landed perfectly. The pacing was just right—not too rushed, not dragged out—allowing the characters’ arcs to develop naturally. One of the standout aspects was the ending. Far too often, K-dramas falter when it comes to wrapping things up, but this one stuck the landing. The conclusion felt earned, satisfying, and true to the tone of the story. It left me with a sense of closure while still lingering in my thoughts, which is exactly what a great ending should do.
The emotional resonance of this drama is what truly makes it unforgettable. It’s not just a show you watch; it’s an experience you feel. There were moments that made me laugh, scenes that had me on the edge of my seat, and, of course, plenty of times that brought tears to my eyes. It’s rare for a drama to strike such a perfect balance between heartfelt storytelling, top-tier acting, and a meaningful narrative, but this one nailed it.
Overall, this drama is absolutely worth rewatching. In fact, I think watching it a second time might reveal even more layers that I missed the first time around. It’s an emotional journey that’s beautifully told and flawlessly acted—one that stays with you long after the final credits roll.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this was hard to watch... Except Rowoon, I love him.
I am always open to all type of KDramas... but this one was unnecessarily troubled and really hard to watch. ML deserved better, this was too much begging and nothing in return. The casting of the FL was really bad, she gave nothing, like the story of the character, it just felt unnecessary cold hearted toward the wrong person (ML) for no reason, but put herself as a rug for the one that hurt her.I understand is a story of all sorts of broken people, but to my liking, it was badly told & long.

So now everyone's a critic...
I never knew DRAMAS were supposed to be exactly like real life... a lot of people who think of themselves as critics, I suppose, are rating 4 and 6 for their biased view of reality. This is a show, that yes, it uses real life experiences and topics but this is meant for entertainment.
The drama was BEAUTIFUL, I got angry, I cried, I laughed, I melted... I fell in love with the lead couple, I empathized with the life circumstances of the other characters. The casting was perfect, the story was touching, cute, fun and heartbreaking too. All I can say is that I enjoyed it so much as it is: a drama. I've watched it twice and I loved it even more than the first time.
