Si Yeong is hilarious, she fears nothing (^U^)ノ in the 1st ep i was so worried cause i thought would have to suffer seeing her be "mental", what with being a hormonal angsty teen and all thankfully she so much more entertaining. glad she got the guts her brother sometimes lacks. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Du Bawu is a GREAT friend - he came to search out Si Won at the start of the day, to offer him silent support. before that disgusting senior came to make fun of him, so happy he tripped him (like i wrote - GREAT friend!). guess now i get why after Si Won gave Yun Jeong bread (ep 4) as an apology for "ruining" her painting and she called out to him - the other girl looked weirdly at them (or so i thought) though it's cause she noticed Yun Jeong having a crush on Si Won, but guess she remember the name and connected it to her past, she that pig of a girl that called him "gorilla" when they were kids. ◑﹏◐ *********************************************************************************************************************************************but glad after a mini-lash out at Da Un, Si Won reconsidered and went to make peace and they got back on track - they adorable together! really enjoy their chemistry (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

first i was elated that the mother caught Da Un before he could head off alone - poor dude hurt his hand and just cause of that, Si Won should've invited him in. but given his personality i get that wouldn't have happened - but then we get that weird convo at the dinner table and that mother has started to annoy me - get wanting ur kids to be and eat healthy. but what she is doing little wonder Si Won is almost traumatized into holding up appearance's and the sec he feels he is falling short, that will break him. look's don't matter and people's opinions don't either - sad that the mother has taught them wrong. well not that Si Yeong give's a frack but that's cause personality wise she a polar opposite of her brother. sadly this "way of life" is gonna come back to bite him in the ass - cause people love to criticize, find fault - let alone make something out of nothing and gossip... ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** that's why when that disgusting senior threw shade at him he still tried to apologize when he wasn't at fault, he didn't owe that f*cker anything - not even and explanation and he for sure shouldn't have felt apologetic towards someone who shamed him in from to his peers. just hope he doesn't misguidedly take out his frustration on Da Un, as they just started getting along.

considering how the mother reacted to her ex's text, even if the children miss their father they had/have no way of saying so. cause then they taking his side and betraying her - it's a very tough position to be. as if his abandonment wasn't enough for them to live with, they had/have to deal with their mother's "baggage" as well. little wonder Si Won reacted the way he did, when he saw his father - sad really. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Si Yeong already stalking Yun Jeong online ironic that here cause of her guilt-tripping her brother, he went to apologize with bread and got Yun Jeong to notice him **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************don't remember Da Un having bad vision in the webtoon - guess they changed it cause he was more jaded personality wise in the webtoon. and maybe they had enough to deal with here, that they decided his treating Si Won coldly was not cause of some shady reason, but a misunderstanding. fine as their 'ship' has taken off to a good start - hard not to enjoy how they r developing (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ) very organically

forgot all about Yun Jeong and the crush Si Yeong develops for her - that was funny and sweet considering she was crushing on Si Won, who turns her down as it was too late and by the time she confessed to him, he had already started developing feelings for Da Un... but remembering how Si Yeong was fixated on her - hilarious in a misguided way of a teen trying to woo the person she had a crush on ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - Si Won got color just on his shoulder he really need to bathed his top half? like i get THAT Body (⓿_⓿) FIRE! but still... talk a reach

so was wrong or rather the description is wrong as the "trauma" started cause of a couple of neighborhood kids, not the same impact (as in the webtoon) but here we also got the parents divorce and trying to be perfect for the mother, so she wouldn't suffer - weird logic that only a kid will come too... ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************this ep was much better at showing what was going on emotions wise with both character's, even though u don't really hear what is going on with Da Un. but u know there is more then meets the eye - and that drunken break-down was needed not only to get the mains closer. but to break the ice that had formed in an instant between them. idk if Da Un is gonna follow suite of his webtoon counterpart, who pursued Si Won no matter how much he tried to push him away - that was fun and funny to read so would like some lighthearted moments in this, as thus far it's a bit on the "heavy" side

another adaptation of a webtoon that i really enjoyed/liked "Who Can Define Popularity?" and here straight off the bat, we got backstory change, where the sibling is the one that caused a major hang-up in the MC (know how badly sibling rivalry can get - let alone how vicious u can turn). and yet don't like this change where the younger sibling is the "bad-guy". get her being angsty and hormonal, but so mean she and her mother some how made Si Won so insecure he fixated on his looks?!? seems just sad to me. (yeah the webtoon plot wasn't any better, if anything it was more traumatizing being insulted by the girl u have crush on when ur that young, and then turn into a laughing stock and being ridiculed by everyone cause of her) but i rather that then this ***********************************************************************************************************************************other then that i kinda don't get / couldn't read the looks exchanged between the mains - i know (cause of the webtoon) that it's cause Da Un so good looking, it's shaken Si Won as he fears not being in the No# stop. but a bit hard to read, hope this gets better (acting wise) cause sorry everything is kinda off IMHO

cute conclusion - glad Ji Hye got her moment to confess and get rejected. everyone needs closure. the solution between the mains is interesting (as the web novel has yet to get to this point, am guessing it maybe a spoiler, unless that's concluded differently). but better then one giving-up on an opportunity of a life time, or having a LDR (which isn't that bad a thing - just seen too many BL's that use studying abroad as their plot-twist and getting bored of the 'drama' that comes from that). ********all in all a great adaptation (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ) good job all ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

talk about smoking up the screen that kiss was HOT!!!, Jae Young and Sang Woo got chemistry that's for sure. also appreciated Jae Young taking the initiative to go inform Ji Hye she 'barking up the wrong tree' / or doesn't stand a chance. which is kinda ironic, considering how everything ended. but at least it was realistic enough where when ur heart is involved, things like u've been planning on studying abroad, doesn't factor into the decision of, if u should or shouldn't start something

how ironic, would be loving this more if i didn't have a comparison - i can't stop seeing the novel and sometimes i don't mind this not following suite, but other times - this really bugging me. not that this is bad - but it is what it is... and if i didn't love that, maybe i wouldn't mind/notice... ******************************************************************************************************liked Jae Young butting heads with Ji Hye, that was funny and this is the thing with the live version, the web-novel wayyy funnier. here it's cute and fun, maybe there some funny moments. but this not comparable to the novel - which is a shame cause i'm missing how witty both the leads r, that and Sang Woo's bleedin cap 😫

feel really bad for Ji Hye cause here he is ignorantly misleading her (in the Mahwah she was doing it to herself, so u couldn't blame Sang Woo - the fact that he can't read social cues doesn't excuse him of not reading her interest in him), and as much as i'm enjoying this, it's really bugging me that Sang Woo has stopped wearing his baseball cap that's a part of him - like batman without his mask and cape ***********************************************************************************************************oh well....

will start off with an apology to the Professor, he didn't turn out to be shady, and was kinda normal in this ep, but still throughout this he was totally suspect, as i wasn't the only one pointing out "he weird...", guess it was a mislead and it worked ******************************************************************************************************************************************also liked how the scene/rejection between Ji Woo and Yu Na went, it was mature and sweet and both reacted as friends would - well as healthy people that didn't get their ego involved. but i guess it's also cause they weren't emotional invested - they liked the other and though they would be a fitting partner, but they weren't blindly infatuated. otherwise that scene couldn't have turned out that "grown-up" where they were capable of remaining friends afterwards - good on them. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - really wish Min Jae (Ro A and Nam Jun's other roommate) got more scenes, when u saw him, he was fun and funny - wish he had more (not in him being paired with Nam Jun, dude was too abusive towards him) but just wanted more scenes with him. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Ro A on the other hand WTF is the only think that came to mind - why?!? but this is down to the usual K-BL writes trying to add drama at the end of a series, while also rushing to wrap it up, and then we get the predictable plot-line we usually get at the end of K-BL's. but it was dealt with in a flash so cute BL all in all

a few ep's back mentioned the part where Jae Young finally sees Sang Woo without his cap, was good to get that scene in the BL. just in the web Novel Jae Young was already out (or his friends knew he dated men) so Yu Na trying to set him up with girls is throwing me for a loop. but other then that, this perfectly following the web novel so much so, that i'm thinking of rereading what has been updated to date (thankfully that hasn't completed) but this really Really good. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the only glitch is Sang Woo suddenly not wearing his cap after the scene in the library - why?!? that thing glued to his head throughout the web-novel. that weird to me

this is so good (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ) i really have nothing to say - all i want is to click on the next ep. *****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - idk how or why anyone would keep employing a "mentor" like that Quickst bully... he abusive, not only an exploiter, not one student complaint about him?!? mindboggling he still employed

in the web novel Jae Young points out how Sang Woo's baseball cap hides how good looking he is - how ironic that, that is actually the case in the live version. though he looked cute in the previous ep, but couldn't really judge his looks, and in this ep without the cap, Sang Woo actually looks so adorable / good looking loved how it took me to the Mahwah... the similarities r really doing my heart good ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************same with Ryu Ji Hye, she as sweet and loveable as her drawn counterpart - pity her 'ship' will never sail - but other then that this fun, like the Mahwah come to life (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

another BL i've been putting off cause i LOVE the Web novel so much, that if the live version falls short it would seriously bum me out - so put if off so much forgot about it... but another BL (also adapted from a Mahwah) popped-up on my tube feed, and as finished binge on that, and this was among the recommendation's (cause it was similar). *************************************** ****************************************************************************************************************************************finished the 1st ep i'm stoked as this was GOOD! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ) ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************dude playing Jae Young is a beautiful, as his drawn counterpart and loved that he was true to character, same with Sang Woo a hard character to portray IMHO but so far great job by all - heck even Yu Na (who visually might not be a carbon-copy of the drawn version) but personality wise she got it down. totally enjoyed this ep and can't wait for more ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - really wish Jae Young kept the lip ring - that was smoking hot! (but i guess it wasn't comfortable - pity)
