Me too, I put on hold after ep 8 because while it's very good is kind slow which is understandable for this kind…
Yeah, I feel like I will end up watching it as a whole, but it will probably a lot more time than my average drama which takes like a week or two to finish. I think I need to be in the right mood to watch it.
For some reason, I can't seem to finish this drama, but the ost is truly beautiful ! Probably the best ost out there, all the songs are so sad but so beautiful. Favourite one is Sori by Lee Suhyun, for sure. ❤
I remember there's a song played in the background when TE met LG in bamboo forest. She cried and the lyrics was…
I remember thinking that also, and in that moment, I did not like the song. I did listen to it again, without the drama, and realized it's a good song. It really was just a really odd moment to put this song on.
It was bittersweet. It is heavily implied that LG and TE can never marry or have kids.Only 3 characters kept their…
Yeaaaaah... but I mean, to be fair, she didn't seem as old as them to me. I would have said late forties? The actress is 50, and nowadays, people have children well into their forties. For sure, it would have made more sense had the son been a little older. I just found that moment very random as a whole. It felt like a forced moment to "show us" that he is a kind king.
I really enjoyed the ending. However, I would have loved to see them getting married and having a children. I…
Although I get where you're coming from, I have to disagree. I think this episode missed a lot of things to be truly satisfying to me, but I think having them get married and have children would have been really illogical. They are from two different worlds, and that means they can never truly live together. But I can understand why it would have been nice to some viewers to witness that :) I'm happy you enjoyed this ending anyway!

Yeah, i was wondering about the blood too. And there is even a scene where they focus on Lee Rim's hand bleeding on the flute. I had not thought about it in the way you did, but I guess you're right.

I get your point. It is, in that matter, bittersweet. I just wish they would have gona more bittersweet . Less cheesy, if that makes sense. But yeah, there for sure was a big plot hole, and that's a shame. I feel like the ending could have been done better.
So ... am I the only one who wished for a more bittersweet ending? Itjust did not make sense for some characters to keep their memories and others not, so I wish they all forgot, with maybe an exception for Lee Gon, since he has the flute. Then, near the end of the episode, I wish they'd meet again and let them fall in love again. That would have made more sense to me.
I feel like a bittersweet story like this one should have a bittersweet ending. This ending was a little too simple to me.
I have to say though that my heart hurt at the fact that Yeong remembered but Eun Sup forgot :( the 65th dream can never happen
