Im autistic and want to watch this but am a bit apprehensive about how the autism is portrayed, could anyone please tell me about that? (its ok with small spolers)

Is the text-parts still not translated? The part with characters names and "1 month earlier" and so on? Or is there somewhere I can view it with everything translated?
