frrrr like their views would go up so much much i would be tuning into every episode !!!

the girls are all so cute and respectful and they’re super understanding about all of the members and their natures. they constantly make sure jaehyuk and asahi feel comfortable and reassure them when they talk about being awkward and shy 😭🫶

it’s so interesting seeing how the members act with strangers compared to how we they act with each other. it took the members quite a while to get close to asahi, but you can tell he and jaehyuk are both putting in a lot of effort to make the girls more comfortable and to strike conversations with them to get closer even though it’s way out of their comfort zone.

and haruto changing up the way he’s acting and talking to get closer to the girls, joking around and talking comfortably, he took the feedback he got really well, learned from it, and worked on himself!

i honestly have nothing to say about junkyu and jihoon. they’re really good at starting convos, making the others feel comfortable, and breaking the ice even when they themselves feel awkward.

i hope they all manage to get close to all of the girls and that they all form strong relationships and become besties even after the show!

i would love if we got something like we got married but for friendships instead and less scripted and forceful. like a show where random idols have to hang out and play games and do missions to get closer and become friends

i hated them i skipped every single scene of them

here is my very long rant about this show:

• i like the cliches so the beginning of the show was pretty good and enjoyable i kept clkcking on the nexg ep

• sml was very tolerable in the beginning i liked him i thought he was a cool dude but they didnt have any romantic tension at all and then he gets soooooo annoying omg i hate him he has no boundries shes a MARRIED woman and he keeps getting in the way and “protecting” her like bro shes MARRIED AREE YOH STUPID ??? loser idiog butt face poopy pants thought he had a chance with her what a doofus. i wanted to bash his head in a wall so bad. like even his secretary was telling him to stop getting involved afyer the mains actually started liking each ofher but hes so delusional omg i hate him so much.

• sfl… oh sfl where do i even start with you ??? what an insecure loser poop head omg she needs to be locked in a mental asylum with the way she be acting. how are yoh THIS delusional lile if yoh thought sml was bad idek how to describe fhis lady to you. like at least sml for the most part kept it personal and between him and the main couple, but this girl… exposing her diary to the press, exposing the contraxt marriage, trying go make her look bad in frong of her in laws like omg shes so desparate its so extremely pathetic. the main guy told her to stop being stupid SO many times and yet she still didng get ghe hint. and then at the end ahe ddint wven suffer any consequences she just moved away like what ??? lock her up in a psych ward or a prison idc this girl is an actual hazard to the public.

• fei ang is so underrated fhat man deserved more screentime

• the girls bestie was so stuoid and annoying in the begving i hated her she was always airing out the main girls business fo fhe second lead like stfu idiog. she was fine adter they sctually got together. i was hoping ghey would hint at her a fei ang ?

• the second couple were such a waste of time i literally skipped alllllll of their scenes

• main girls meemaw and dad wete so stupid and annoying but the fact that we dont see them again after they stole her miney is crazy…

• shangke is stupid as freak knowing that sichen is in love anf MARRIED yet still trying to set him up with the psychotic sfl i wanted to smack him si bad

• the in laws were so cute. his granny is so cutie patoogie and i like that his mom likes her a lot and wasnt an evil mother in law lime how they normally show

• the mains were sooooo cute when thry started dating they kissed a lot and they were so in love and they nevef broke up and they supported esch other snd they never let the stupid second leads get in between them

• ep 22 i think the one where shes going to take a class and he follows her and stupid sml is there thag ep is such a waste hou can literally just skip the whole thing and it wont make a diff

• ep 19 i think the one where its mainly just abt the second couple you need to skip through that and only watch the main leads scenes

i gave it a 6/10 the romance cliches were pretty enjoyable but the second leads ruined most of the show and i hate the second couple

i rewatched this after like six years so here are my thoughts:
lowered rating from 9 to 8

• bokjoo was annoying around eps 6-10ish when she became stupidly obsessed with the doctor and then stopped liking weightlifting
• she was fine again starting from ep 12ish when joonhyung confessed to her
• they were sooooooooo cuteeeeee after they started dating
• second lead girl was so annoying like yea i pity her but she was such a butt for ruining bokjoo like that and she barely felt sorry also her obsession with joonhyung was embarrassing cuz he does NAWT like you!!!!
• seon ok deserved so much more screen time i love her she’s so hot
• joonhyung’s mom was so stupid i wanted to slap her so hard across the face
• they are the trio ever.

this deserves a higher rating this was SO good they’re sosososososo cuteeee if you like cute fluffy shows of two people falling in love and then dating and being cute then you will absolutely love this show. it’s a solid 10/10 i cant believe the rating is below an 8 on here…

i rewatched it recently to see if it held up to the 10/10 standard i gave it after the first watch and i would like to say it did NOT disappoint! what an amazing show i love it so much

for me i think jin’s character required a little bit more info esp cuz he was kinda introduced as the main character, or at least that’s what i assumed, however in the later eps the show shifted to tee completely! i think they should’ve distributed the storylines more equally because we really dont know much about jin fluke or top and we spent wayyyyy too much time on tee imo!

this is actually quite plausible! i wish we’d gotten a back story for jin, we really don’t know anything about him. he barely has a personality, we know nothing about his family and home life, we know nothing about his past or his thoughts and feelings. honestly, it seems like a waste of his character tbh, he could’ve been so interesting but they didn’t play around with him or give him any depth :(

me personally, im a good mix of both 🤕

white didnt deserve to die but it’s the best and most deseving ending for tee since he’ll now have to live with (if hes even alive) knowing that he killed his own boyfriend but i still feel so bad for white :((

i actually really enjoyed this i will not lie. it had me on the edge of my seat. i didn’t find any of the eps boring.

my poor sweet white deserved so much better :(

i actually don’t hate jin. i do think he’s a coward and a loser tho. cuz he never actively defended non (and we know from the last ep that its cuz he was scared they would be mean to him too). he should’ve protected non and defended him or he should’ve cut off his “friends” and made sure that non doesn’t interact with them. i think they should’ve explained his character a bit more. we don’t really know much about him and he didn’t show a whole lot of personality. he was kinda boring and it’s a shame cuz i think he could’ve really interesting.

also this friend group… i don’t get how they’re friends they dont act like friends at all they just seem like some dudes who kinda know each other.

i felt so bad for non :( i hate that the teacher groomed him, he KNEW non was in a vulnerable state and didn’t have anyone to talk to and he toom advantage of that :/ everything sucked in this poor kids life he deserved soooo much better. i really wish jin stood up for him fr.

jin leaking the vid of non and the teacher was insane but i dont think he’s even close to as bad as the other guys. idk cuz i do like jin but this is something that i cant get behind. i really cant defend him for this.

i like that we were kept in the dark about whether whats happening is real. like the viewers also didnt know if the murderer was a ghost, a human, or just paranoia and i think the hallucigens were a very interesting touch.

i enjoyed the last ep until the last two min. i liked seeing everyone having their hallucinations and ultimately resulting in most of their deaths.

i do think that the ending of phee and jin not making it out is interesting, but i wish they elaborated more. it felt super rushed.

apparently theres gonna be a special ep so i hope it shows the aftermath of everything that happened. whether or not phee jin and tee survived. who and when did people go to the house and find the absolute chaos of dead bodies. and what was the general response to this tragedy taking place.

overall i gave this an 8.5 but i do need to let it marinate in my brain a little so i might change it.

i tried watching the japanese version a couple years back but i just couldn’t get into it :( im so happy i was able to enjoy this one to the absolute fullest!
the side couples were soooo cute too!!!

i dont think ive ever kicked my feet, curled my toes, and giggled this much while watching a show 😭

my face hurts from smiling so much

watch this season you wont regret it!!! i still havent watched the second season because of that plotline but this first season is SO good!
