they have amazingggg chemistry together i cant get over it !!! i wish they got better scripts and plots cuz its a shame that their romance and tension is the only thing really going for both shows they’re in 😭

i watched the first two eps of the japanese ver a couple years back but i just couldn’t get into it idk why but i’m loving this thai adaptation so much!!!!

guys if you watch this just know that the bullying stuff completely goes away after ep 2 as if it never happened 😭
also the name of the show was supposed to be heart in the wind which makes way more sense than dangerous romance! don’t have high expectations for danger or romance it’s just a cute simple soft romance show for the most part (esp in the middle) so if that’s not you’re style you most likely won’t enjoy this a whole lot :D

absolutely agreeeeeee!!!!! they wasted so much time on her with the teacher guy only to COMPLETELY ruin them and then make her get together with liu qi and any sort of develop they made was thrown out the second she met with chenghe again. the whole show was just a waste of time because she kept switching between the two guys after developing a decent enough relationship with one of them and not a SINGLE side character was likeable or interesting enough to keep watching the show.

honestly i barely enjoyed this. i was so excited in the beginning of the first ep because i really wanted to see more of xiaotang and mu hai. their whole first half of the ep was so freaking cute, but then they kinda ruined it with all of the unhappy stuff and issues. and mu hai with that secretary girl was so ??????? like what the freak was going on, even though he kicked her out of the car he still technically cheated :/ i was hoping we would see more of them being cute and in love and having fun with their kid, but we barely saw any of that. it started off strong but ended up extremely disappointing :/

ok now for the second ep. i didn't really mind bai lin's scenes, which is silly because i couldn't STANDDDDD her in the actual show, but she matured and acted her age, so i could actually tolerate her. i'm so happy mr. senior li finally got his efforts acknowledged because he really did so much for her, i'm glad they ended up together. however, i hate her roommate. literally what i wrong with her she's literally begging for pity talking about how she's so poor and she has to actually try in school like bro no one cares. and then her randomly being mean to bai lin after confessing to mr. senior li ???? like you KNEW he loved bai lin and you KNEW you would get rejected and yet you're still taking your anger out on her like you're stupid and dumb.

song qiqi... tbh i skipped all of her scenes. i truly do not care abt her romance. i cannot believe we saw her mans again i hate that guy so much omg he's so pathetic what a loser. i do like the convenience store guy however i do not care about qiqi enough to sit through his scenes with her.

ahh now for the last ep. i didn't like it at all tbh. it showed xue tong still with liu qi. i honestly pitied liu qi so much during their entire relationship because he knew all along that she wasn't over mu chenghe and yet he still gave his all for their relationship while she gave absolutely nothing. honestly it stopped feeling like mu chenghe was the main after they broke up in the show, he felt more like a guest star or a cameo rather than the main lead. idk how i feel abt them randomly bringing up his dad's death and his trauma and whatnot like it had no effect or purpose in the actual show, but ig they just needed smth to make xue tong and him hang out with each other. i didn't mind the proposal scene itself, however, asking her to be his wife after they broke up because he literally was losing his mind was so ??? he didn't show that he has actually changed just because he figured out what his dad was trying to tell him when he died, who's to say that he won't go insane like that again? also they weren't even dating and he asked her to be his wife and she just said yes like what is going on ?????? also i really don't get what the point of that note his dad was holding was. wdym the answer was that his dad loved swimming? i freaking do not care why is that important at all ????

overall it just felt like kind of a waste of time. the beginning of the first ep (up until the three year time skip of xiao tang's relationship) was good. and bai lin's part was alright, but honestly these eps were wayyyy tooooo long i was literally skipping through it while watching on 2x speed. i would prolly rate this like a 2 or a 3.

i honestly disliked all the characters in the beginning but i really liked the main leads by like the third or fourth ep. dont even worry tho i’ll talk abt them a bit more later.

i cannot STANDDDD bai lin omg she’s so freaking annoying esp in the ENTIRE first half of the show she was honestly intolerable i hated her so much and she kept getting so much screentime. after her screentime went down she became slightly more bearable.

song qiqi’s storyline was just absolutely mind boggling. i knew her love interest had a wife the second time he got a phone call in front of her and the fact that she said she didn’t care that he has a wife and what not was so ??? like am i supposed to be on her side for breaking up a marriage, and yea the guy was at fault too but she could’ve ditched him after finding out but nooo she ran back to him immediately after he took care of her for having a cold. and then we all just completely forget abt her??? until the end that is, when we see her again and she says her and the dude she left college for don’t keep in touch. also her friends crying and throwing up after she decides to leave school, like WHYYYY ARE YOU ON HER SIDEEEE ?!???!?! what an absolute waste of time.

i’m so confused as to why bailin and zhong qiang had SOOOOOOO much screentime literally almost the entire show just for them to break up and we never see zhong qiang again. honestly good for him tho cuz she was literally insane idk how he dealt with her for so long.

i honestly have no complaints abt xiaotang i really like her and i love her friendship with xue tong. i do wish her and mu hai were more romantic when they got together, but its whatever. her mom was so ???? i dont like her mother at all omg.

now for the mains. honestly the build up to mu chenghe and xue tong’s relationship was done so well like they were SLOWLY progressing throughout each episode and it was so cute and realistic. when they got together they weren’t as romantic as i was hoping they would be, but they were alright so i wasn’t too bothered by it. HOWEVER, why did they randomly make him go insane and become an alcoholic, that whole part of the show and the break up and stuff was so ????? and then he leaves and we just forget abt him for like five eps and we’re just seeing xue tong hang out with liu qi??? and then liu qi and her get together and all of a sudden at the end she says she made her decision and it time skips??? like what is going on ?!??! she just randomly dumped liu qi to get with mu chenghe again ?????

honestly i didnt hate liu qi and xue tong together but they also were barely romantic like xue tong was putting zero effort in their relationship. i did like how close he was to all of her friends because he seemed to have genuine frienships with all of them. he was also SUPER annoying in the middle of the show and but then when he barely gets screentime and then comes back on screen after xue tong and mu chenghe break up he was so much better because he wasn’t being an annoying fart head.

i really liked chen yan and i liked that they implied that her and mu chenghe were still on really good terms, and she got really close with liu qi too. i don’t understand why they had to kill her off, it was SO extremely unnecessary i was just like ????? after it happened.

in conclusion the first half was pretty good, middle was alright, and the last 4-5 eps they managed to completely ruin the show and everything they had going for it. such a disappointing ending :/

for a rating i would prolly give it like a 6 or a 6.5 if i’m being generous
