i had to take a break from keeping up with this drama weekly and got to watch the end of it just now but what's up with the comments? i dont get why people got too mad with the plot not being realistic lol. given the main plot being FL going back in time to Joseon as a chef idk how some people imagined it to be realistic to be honest. it was a good watch for me tho this is just my opinion

seriously the envoy's reactions were really top tier!! i agree with the backlash thing and i liked how they tried to keep imaginary scenes almost equal as well 💚

other things aside loveeeed the way they had showed imaginary moments after they ate the food made by Ming's cooks too just like they did with Joseon's. they couldve not though, in order to show how good Yeon Jiyeong's cooking is but they kept it real like they should

i dont think hes TOTALLY a good guy either and i wont argue on that lol its obvious that he has some intentions about being close to the king. but we will get to know whether he had the illest thoughts about the king or not sooner or later

i think hes has been solely focused on getting information on his sisters death tbh ive mixed feelings about which side he's on... it seemed like he has been trying to find out the truth by getting close to each sides to me

well he gave reallyyyyy suspicious vibes until now but im gonna hope nevertheless bc hes too funny... but i dont think he would come out as clean either lol

gonggil's character is really entertaining to watch so far lol im gonna hope that he wont come out as a villain

amount of mouth/lip shots the king has is taking me out occasionally

im two eps into this drama but the male lead's character irked me a lot with the thing that happened in the beginning of the first episode. can someone tell me if his character gets better or theres an explanation to the thing he tried to do?

watching this while b2p is airing (i wanted to check jiahao and anxin out here) i had already checked NouerA's debut out back then and i was pretty surprised about how talented they were!! but now that im watching the show i can say that almost all trainees were pretty mature for their age and they had acknowledged it whenever they made a mistake. it amazed me a lot actually... i hope NouerA will go places really soon!!

felt like a roller coaster ride at some point but i didnt get bored even once… so it was a good watch !!

it was very slow paced but as a person that gets easily bored this drama didnt bore me at all surprisingly. i think its worth giving it a try
