Yes, they are still sharing the same body but at ep 12 the prince finally finds out. I have a feel that they will share the same body until maybe around the last few eps but who knows what will happen. Xiao Tan gets injured and someone really special comes over and tells the prince that if she wakes up then she needs to go see the doctor so I think this has to be related to the time traveling
